Great service and knowledgeable staff. 100x better than autozone or o'Reilly when you might actually need a little assistance finding the right part or figuring something out.

As always, terrific service. For an auto novice like me, they're always extremely helpful. They have a good selection and a clean store. The price was right and service was prompt. Jeff helped me figure out my new purchase before leaving the store. I've never gone wrong in this or any Riebe's store. Will definitely be back!

Because they enjoy what they do, been trained to listen to the needs of the customer and be smarter than what their computer screen tells them.

This place had parts in stock for a 93 Jeep and also made sure I had hardware and fluids for the parts. Helpful, knowledgeable and great customer service.

I have always tried to stay true to Riebes. As they have been a staple in the foothill communities that I have grown up in most of my life. This place is packed with parts! They took over an old movie theater here. I have never been in the back to see it, but I can only imagine how expansive it is based on my memories of the old theater. They almost always have what I'm after or they will call the other local Riebes stores and see if they do. NAPA parts and lubricants have always been dependable for me. I do wish that they had a computer system (even web-based) that kept track of customer vehicle and parts history though. ;) Thanks Riebes family!

Helpful but should really listen better to women who might know more than the typical woman about tractors and trucks.

Jeff was so helpful! My windshield wiper broke off in the middle of a rain storm. This was the closest auto parts store that we could get to. Jeff came out in the pouring rain and made sure the wiper fit on correctly. Very thankful for him!

This store is the most dependable parts shop in town. If my car has a minor issue such as windshield wipers or a new battery I go here. The staff is always helpful and I dont fet talked down to just because I am a woman.

I was out getting supplys to do a tune up on my Chevy. I wasn't sure exactly what supplies to get. One of the staff members took the time to go out to my truck and look for me, making sure I was getting the right parts. That's service.

Quite a long line at least 7 people deep. Even when I’m just trying to purchase something on the sales floor and not behind the parts counter. Also a mouse was running around the store. Considering they are saving money on the staff. I would think they should have money for pest control.

Napa in general and this napa in particular are the best place to get parts to take care of you car

Nice, but I liked it better when you could look in a book to find your windshield wiper types yourself
