First of all, I ordered my part online for pick up. I ask would 430pm be a good time to pick up, the rep says yes. I get there at 410pm, THERE CLOSED! Then they charged me 8 times for the same part! A $400 part! Think I stick with autozone.
Took forever to get me the incorrect part and when I got back to the store to get the right part they were closed at 4: 30 and the sign on the door says they close at 5: 00 new hours for the 7: 00pm they had before
Scored a great sale price on some Rino Ramps. 39.99
Payed a little high for the relay I went in for but I need AC.
Spotless clean place, everything was in order. Fast service, friendly employees I went there to buy something that was on sale.
Service was ok, staff was somewhat friendly but they did have my part. I'm guessing the last time I was there was about 34 years ago.
Well for the most part they have a substantially greater inventory than your "other local parts store. "
Customer service is great and they will be honest about whether you should be doing or taking the car in if you as for their assistance, it's more than just about selling their products, this Napa goes above and beyond.
Counter service is good but phone service is bad and rude, person answering phone was rude didn't say hello, thank you, or bye just hung up before i could hang up felt like i was hung up on don't think i'll be calling there anytime soon.
