15Great service and for my ford f250 they always come up with parts that not even the ford dealer can't order.
I bought over $100.00 in oil and filters to change oil.went back with the used oil.and was told they don't accept used oil.and that i could take it to oreillys or auto zone.
I said i will never buy oil again from you.instead i will go to auto zone.
I came to obtain an order I placed online. The store associate took a phone call which caused me to wait longer than expected.
Diego was so helpful to me and it looks like to he is authentically this way to everyone he really went the extra mile helping out with my order and registering my account with them I'm extremely satisfied with his costumer skills.

With life time warranty
And they would not replace it

Take your money and business somewhere else. NAPA in Apple Valley provides a much better service.

They were a little busy at the time I was there. I was in a jam from being in need of a couple of CV boot clamps. The woman who helped me went to go look for a box of extra clamps. She came back with a good selection of clamps to choose from. I was able to get the ones I needed to finish the job I was on.
I love NAPA more than the competition. However, this is absolute false advertising.
If you (NAPA, not just this store) can provide me with some Tokico HE3690 struts, or some Ford 4.6 32v intake manifold runner control (IMRC) plate, then I'll be both impressed and content. Otherwise, it's false advertising.
Poorly run disorganized mess. I came in for 2 gauge battery cable in bulk. I waited 20 minutes in line just to be told you don’t have a continuous piece. If I have to wait on an order I might as well buy it online. The guy who tried to find it was very unhelpful and just didn’t care. Your store used to be great and now it just sucks. So much for supporting local business
I walk in to see what they had as far as a buff Bonet 6" since I pick up a 6" buffer
I got great service here at 7th st Napa, every other auto parts shop gave me the run around, thanks Frank
Has more parts than any other auto parts in stock. Also, these guys know a lot more of what they sell than their competitors.
