It seems like the employees work extra hard.to not help the customers. There can be five of them in there and they will scatter when they see you move toward the register.

Napa always has what I need, but if they don't have it they order it and within a couple of days It will arrive. I shop here for replacement oil filters, oil and miscellaneous cleaning cleaning products. I use these items to service generators

Bad attitude from counter staff. Waited five or six minutes, then someone came in behind me and was Emediately waited on. Was it because I was wearing a mask? Just trying to protect my wife, who has immunity issues.

I prefer shopping with Napa Auto over the other chain stores for my classic truck restoration projects. They have high quality products, good selection, and very knowledgeable staff that are always friendly and helpful. I often find they are the only place in town that has what I need available the same day. Ordering online for in-store pickup is convenient and sometimes you can get a small discount if you do.

Incompetent employees awful knowledge of automotive parts or there names and seriously bad attitude. If you feel like waiting days for the wrong part this is the place.

I’ve called Rosa and Healdsburg Napa auto parts to ask about a specific part ahead of time. Both times I’ve been immediately been hung up on after the question without an answer or a reason as to of why they would end the call.

This store has been here as long as I can remember, hometown. I haven't lived in SR for many years, but as an apartment dweller I sometimes do car maintenance when I come visit the folks and borrow a driveway. Probably haven't quite done 50 oil changes (I don't believe in this new 'every 3500-4000mi' bs), yet I still too frequently forget to buy a new washer before a change (hey it's like a buck and if you've ever left a few drops of oil on someone else's driveway.not fun not cool). Was in town hoping to find a washer quick, pre-Christmas/raging covid period, thinking/hoping this store was still there and could hook me up - they were and totally did, cheap! Got like half dozen for under $5, nice. Guys were polite cordial/professional too. But here's what triggered this review: I drove by a empty covid looking parking lot broad daylight middle of the day. Peak in the window and see workers, the door was open, sweet. I go in there and there's like literally only ONE customer, and the guys behind the counter chattin like bros or good friends about something, reminding me of my younger years jobs. But here's the kicker, they were all wearing masks! With only one customer in the store! Idc if you're left or right or upside down middle - this is a real virus and people have really been DYING from it. So props on you fellas working that day, and NAPA Auto Parts for a life saving policy and good quality employees, no wonder this store is still here. Family owned/operated by chance?

I’ve been going into Santa Rosa Auto Parts with my grandfather for a long time, and seldom do they have to order the parts that I need for my classic truck. I went in this morning searching for a very small retaining clip for my carburetor. The gentleman at the counter walked back, grabbed a box of various carburetor parts, and sure enough, pulled out the clip I needed. Didn’t charge me too much for it, either.

There’s an O’Reilly closer to my house, but Santa Rosa Auto Parts has never done me wrong. Helpful staff and a good selection of parts. What more can one ask for?

Purchased wiper blades, they sold me the wrong one, won't let me exchange. Jesse was 100% no help. He likes to talk down to people. I explained that this Napa's fault. He tried to make it my fault. Rotten customer service. Don't let Jesse answer the phone, you will lose more customers

Been in here a few times recently and left empty handed both times. Once was to pick up a special order that they couldn't find by name or part number. Had to dig up the order number for them and even then they said they couldn't find it. Usually I'm ok with paying extra to keep my business local but in my second trip there I tried to get a bearing to repair a power tool, the price they told me was an over 8000% mark up from Amazon. They said it would have to be special ordered, hints the price. I went into the store to check because it's a pretty common bearing and they had it in stock, for the still special order price. The price was 300% over the local competitor whom I contacted. They get two stars because they do have a good stock. If you want it they probably have it, just gotta find it.

Awesome! Couple guys helped me fix a broken coupling on air vacuum on the intake cover (that guy before me made a mess out of) for $15 that would have been $300. Found it out when I failed a smog test, now I'm confident it'll pass. I had to apoxy a new coupling on it and then go from 1/2" to 3/8" for the hose. Thx guys!
