NAPA Auto Parts reviews
4 NEVER shop this store. NEVER! No such thing as lifetime warranty on items from them. Rude lying beers!
I'll never shop here again! You guys stink! They did not honor lifetime warranty on rotors and brake pads from defect. Screw you guys! I hope you go out of business!
These guys know their stuff, old school know how, and friendly, great customer service.
This is my new spot, Autozone & (not so much Oreilly’s) employees primarily don’t know cars, likely haven’t worked on cars, and can’t tell you much apart from what their screen says.
I visited the store on Saturday 02/19/23, i had ordered Krylon paint two days before. I met a rep by the name of Scott, he was just sad and slow in all he did. I informed him of my previous order and that i was there to pick it up. He sulked and disappeared for a good 15min, came back and stated he couldn't find the order. I then asked him to see if they have clear coat in stock or flat black. Took his time and informed me they had none in stock. He then asked me "why did you say you had the paint on-order and there is none? " I replied stating i do not control the ordering or the logistics for the product especially when ordered at the store. I asked him to order the paint and he was hesitant arguing.
I informed him to do his job and stop arguing with customers, no reason to come to a store for a product, " you need to do your job". As i was leaving he cursed back with a statement and went to the back of the store. I walked back into the store and asked the pleasant lady representative the name of the coworker.
Scott should not be a customer rep, he could be useful in the back office offloading and loading goods away from the front lines though i think he cant even be able to do that. Wrong person to represent the company, wrong attitude to be the first person to interact with customers.its not the first incident, happened before with another customer who was being served a couple months ago.
Scott is just lazy, disengaged, unkept and has a negative attitude. There have been great companies that are no more because of employees like Scott. We expect better service and engagement, uproot the tree that bears no fruit.
