I called Napa for availability and price. When we arrived, my husband told them about me calling. They gave him the instore sale price. No problem at all. Thank you

The best place to find your parts for your vehicle sales people are great top quality products go there first

Went there to pick up online order - not good
1. Ordered item was told would be ready in 30 min 2 hours later got a call saying my order would not be ready for 2 to 3 days
2. On the day I went to pick up there were multiple employees and only one customer besides myself. Only one employee was helping customers he was good but I had to wait 10 to 15 min just to pick up an online order

Awesome store. Went in to get a new battery but didn’t have the tools to change it. Not only did they let me use their tools, the employee helped me changed the battery. Was a great experience and I’m happy to have such a friendly place in my time of need.

I am not knowledgable about cars. The first time I went in, a friendly guy helped me. He showed me options and made sure I got the right part for my car. The second time I went in, a blunt man who seemed confused told me what to get. I think I got the right part but he might have up sold me. My experience has been mixed.

I had a headlight out and wasn't sure of a question the employee at the counter asked me about. She went out to my car (IN THE RAIN), popped my hood and figured out what I needed. I asked if someone would be able to install the new headlight and she offered. She finished it up within a few minutes (still in the rain) and refused to take cash from me for installing it. She seriously made my day and saved me time and money.

I was calling them about the part number after wen I arrived to pickup they didn't find and also they checked in all stores in Sacramento.
P. S I was looking for a 5w20 engine oil Liqui moly.

Customer service was top notch. Although the prices at Napa are a wee bit higher than other auto parts stores the quality is better also. The selection and availability are awsome at Napa. Helpful staff. All around five star experience.

They will always tell you the truth about diagnosis. I will always use them sometimes they need more cashiers but it's all good.

This is the warehouse for Sacramento so they almost always have the part. Most of the employees are knowledgeable about cars and or trucks and can help you find the part you need.

I don't mind paying a bit more for some things because it's usually worth it. But they do have things that are a bit over priced. This location does have alot in stock though which does come in very helpful in a crunch which makes the higher price almost worth it. But like with anything the less you pay the better you feel.
