This was such an amazing experience. We had the coolest Pilot in Bob and it was a beautiful day.

Bob Swanson was not only handsome and funny but a talented and technical pilot, with 40 years global balloon piloting experience.
The 6 of us had a wonderful time. Thank you to a fabulous ground crew as well.

What a great experience! Do not miss doing this while in Napa. Napa Valley Balloons is top notch, our pilot Bob was a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Never got off the ground. We went with about 6 other balloons and they all flew but our crew just could not get it together. We were not offered any type of rain check. No one said anything. They just dropped us back at our cars.

We did the combined balloon ride and full day bike with Napa Valley Bike Tours, and what a great deal and an amazing day! The balloon ride with Chris exceeded every one of our expectations. It was everything you would hope a balloon ride would be! It was a perfect day for ballooning - not a cloud in the sky, no fog, and just a breath of wind. Thank you for a spectacular memory of Napa that we will remember forever!

Spectacular! Bob was a fantastic pilot and I highly recommend them. The smell of the grapes and the feel of the oxygen in your lungs enhances the experience.

This was on our bucket list. Bob, our pilot and host, took us on an amazing one hour journey through beautiful Napa. Bob was our expert tour guide and narrated the entire journey. We had an amazing time in the air. The weather cooperated and the staff was great. Everyone involved was super friendly and helpful. Helped us calm our nerves and build excitement. Our pilot Bob was great in providing us with some history of ballooning in the area as well as being a great tour guide for the area. Would recommend 1000%.

Our trip with Napa Valley Balloons was absolutely amazing from start to end. On arrival we were greeted with pastries from Bouchon bakery and fresh coffee. Thoroughly appreciated at this extremely early morning hour. We met their photographer who was wonderful and made sure we all got pics before the flight and just before takeoff. We took a lot of our own as well since this was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us. My daughter and husband were my balloon basket partners and we all shared in the beauty of the Napa scenery. My daughter is afraid of heights but being in the air was so peaceful and calm it didn't faze her. Myself I have a fear fire after losing my house to it when I was young, but the flame was not close to where the passengers are in the basket and is separated away from the passengers. Upon our return we were greeted with a yummy glass of California bubbles which we enjoyed on the patio with our gracious host Cameron. Highly recommend @NapaValleyBalloons for making beautiful memories come true!

Hospitality at its finest! Everyone was helpful! This event takes a team of people and each person pulled their weight to ensure we had a safe and enjoyable experience. Would recommend everyone put this on their bucket list. Best Ride Ever! Thank you for making my childhood dream I never thought possible become a reality?

They were many balloon companies up that day, and it seemed like all of them were watching our pilot Bob to see what winds he caught.
Bob was very personable and professional, and made the whole experience very enjoyable!

Great experience! I was a little scared to be up in a Hot Air Balloon, but after doing this experience I completely did a 180. I will definitely be doing this again! Bob was our guide and he was great at hosting us from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to start their day off viewing beautiful California landscapes before exploring wine country.

I usually don’t write many reviews but this was such a great experience that I have to thank them for best part of my trip. The staff was great they had coffee, croissants and muffins while we waited to be taken to the launch area, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming from start to finish. They even helped with a restaurant reservation. Thanks.

This was my second time flying over Napa in a Hot Air Balloon but my first with Napa Valley Balloons. I highly recommend them as they provide an excellent experience. Pilot Bob and crew took great care to ensure everyone had a great time.

Great experience. Very professional, communicated strong commitment to safety-first, which was reassuring. All team members were great. Bummed that they had no merch; would have liked a baseball cap. Bob was our pilot and clearly was experienced and professional, yet also quite customer welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.
