6I don’t believe in Santa but I definitely believe in Steve (the repair tech) lol! Someone gave me a hot tub and of course it did not work after getting it wired up. Steve figured it out in literally minutes. Anytime I’ve had a question, concern, or issue MiMi and the whole team have been absolutely amazing! Customer service may be dead in a lot of places nowadays but it is alive and well at Napa Valley Hot Tubs! I greatly appreciate you guys sincerely.
Sean and the team are incredible! They were able to find us a used tub with the exact specifications we requested and within our budget. Haven't had an experience like this with another small business in awhile. From purchase to delivery; everything was on point.
Napa Valley Hot Tubs is amazing! My wife and I have always wanted a hot tub. I will admit, we were on a tight budget of approximately 6k for the tub, tub install, foundation pad, electrical hookup, etc. Napa Valley Hot Tubs made it happen! They have continued to provide us with excellent customer service, chemical lessons, and all the support that we need as new hot tub owners. We can't speak highly enough of Sean and Mimi at Napa Valley Hot Tubs who consistently provide excellent customer service.
I am extremely happy with the service I received when my older hot tub had an error message. I walked in and asked for advice and for parts and they were extremely knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction and I was back up and running in no time!

The customer service is supreme. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I was directed to the correct part after a brief conversation of my issue. I have an older hot tub so I wasn't sure if I could get the right part, but it was in stock and they even took the time to explain how to install it.
My hot tub works perfectly now.
