Narrow gate sets the bar for wine. El Dorado county is a hidden gem for wine and Narrow gate is the best of it. If you like wine in any shape or form you simply must come in for a tasting if you have the opportunity.

Amazing experience! I was grateful we got the opportunity to talk with Frank and hear the story about becoming a biodynamic farm. It truly has changed the way I personally feel about the wine I drink. I am honored to support a winery of this caliber time and time again.

Also, my husband and I each ordered the lunch, which was very tasty, but I think the description was "substantial lunch" and we were both still hungry after. Maybe we just eat a lot.but despite that, I am glad I ordered it as we needed a nice snack with our wine and each offering was very tasty.

We love Narrow Gate. Perfect location and amazing wine. Everyone who works here is so kind, and takes time to get to know you. Frank and Teena are the best. They always make time to say hi and make the best wine/food!

It was amazing, our wine pourer was very helpful and answered all our questions and very polite. Even though we were social distancing, the wine flights they prepared were Great.

Some worthwhile wines. The woman serving us was not sympathetic to us asking to speed up the tasting due to the heat.

What a hidden gem! We came for the organic wine and were amazed at the large selection of varietals they had on property - definitely something for everyone. The owners were kind. Outdoor seating, nice tasting room, reasonable prices for the bottles as well.

Wines were good, great variety.
Staff was fun an knowledgeable.
4 of us had a good time.
