to be frank, I didn't have a positive attitude when I decided to sell my house because of the current market situation, interest rates are high, my house needed some work and I was out of the country.

I was a first time home buyer and was extremely nervous about purchasing during the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Nasheen was always one step ahead of everyone, she made the process very smooth with little stress. She was not over aggressive or pushy to get me to purchase, very accommodating and worked around my busy schedule. I’m a military Veteran and she knew how to navigate through the intricacies of the VA home loan process. Nasheen found me a “diamond in the rough”, the property had 3 other offers but she was able to convince the seller’s Real Estate Agent that I was the right buyer, Nasheen’s ability to build interpersonal relationships is above par. Not only did Nasheen get me a killer deal “appraised for $25K above asking” but was able to get the seller to issue Credits as well, I know that without her help I may have paid more or even lost out completely. My favorite trait about Nasheen is that you don’t ever have to call her, she calls you along with everyone else in the buying process (Lender (s), HOA, Inspectors, Escrow Company and Real Estate Agent). She is always ready, it’s like have a “Real Estate Worrier” in your corner. If you have any questions she is practically available 24/7 and quick to respond. I have recommended her services to my friends, family and coworkers. Nasheen is a winner and rising star in her profession. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, highly recommended.
