Natalie has been a great addition to my self-care routine. I started working with her about 6 months ago when I had tension from sitting at my desk all day. She creates gentle space and adjusts the flow depending on what I need on that given day. Highly recommend.

Natalie is a gem! I love how clear and articulate she is when talking through alignment and anatomy. Her teaching style is conversational, warm, and steeped in a true love of the practice that shines through in her sessions. She has a sharp eye for seeing the body in a holistic way and gave me lots of tips to fine-tune specific postures I had been wanting to work on. Our session incorporated a perfect blend of focus, strength, and relaxation - can't wait for our next one!
