I am blond for more than 15 years, and so far Natalie is the best hair stylist I've ever met. Also, it is important to mention that Natalie cares a lot about the health of hair: she tries to color hair as harmless as possible.

Natalie is wonderful, amazing and just so talented! I first met her over 10 years ago and always love working with her and find myself floating out of her salon on cloud 9 after an appointment. I trust her opinion on how to cut, style and color my fine Asian hair. I never seem to quite know what I want to do with my hair, but, somehow, Natalie knows and will work her magic. Recently, I wanted to get a balayage done, and Natalie spent time with me to figure out the right shade and tone for my hair. Couldn’t recommend Natalie enough - she’s truly one of the best in the industry!

Natalie is wonderful! I have been getting my hair cut and colored by the same stylist since I was 5 years old, but after moving thousands of miles away from home, that’s no longer an option. I was nervous about seeing someone new but after months of research, I messaged Natalie to inquire about balayage and how to make it blend with my natural outgrown roots. Natalie took the time to explain the process for getting the result I wanted and the different factors to consider. She is super transparent and let me know the price of each component before I made any decisions. Natalie is very detail-oriented and altered her approach when I explained that I would be going on vacation on a sunny beach in order to make sure the color would not be damaged by the sun or salt water. She also provided me with instructions on how to maintain and care for my hair in that environment. On top of all this, she generously rearranged her schedule so that I could come in sooner. I love how my hair turned out and would 100% recommend going to her!

Natalie is amazing! I came to her a year ago with very damaged hair, she was able to fix it and keep it light as I wanted.
She is perfect with highlights & lowlights and she knows exactly what to do.
She will recommend the perfect solution - also if it is less expensive.
She is always responsive- no matter what time, and always on time.

I don’t usually rate 1 star, but after getting appointment availability and confirming a time, I show up and find out from the staff that she had left for the day. When I texted her, she asked if I can do a time 1 hr later. Waste of my time.

Natalie is by far the best stylist I have ever had and I have lived many places and been around a long time. Best haircut ever. I highly recommend Natalie if you want a perfectly precise, sleek, sophisticated cut or any cut for that matter! Bonus. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable about trends and products and is exceptionally customer focused as she listens and tailores the experience to what works for you.

Natalie is an amazing hair stylist. I have been her client for over 5 years. I love how the highlights I get are beautiful, understated and yet grow out beautifully. She gives me layered haircuts and the layers blend well and grow out evenly. She is always on trend with the latest cut/color trends and based on hair texture/skin tone/face shape suggests complementing highlight colors or hair cut options if one is open to change. OTOH, she also listens carefully to what a client wants and delivers on that. So happy that she stayed in Menlo Park when her previous place closed.
