Worst ever.office never calls back, very unprofessional I'd rather go to a vet for medical issues, how this facility is still open is beyond me

Worst medical practice I’ve ever experienced. The kid answering the phones scheduled me on the wrong date and when I arrived to mine & my daughters very first appointment (which she took school off for) she was unable to be seen because I had the sniffles and a soar throat. After waiting over an hour, we were the only patients waiting to be seen. They do not have any regard for customer service and every person I came in contact with had a very bad attitude and seemed not to care for their job, my child or my health. Very disappointing. Switch providers immediately.
