Well first off they have major phone issues. I highly recommend you make your appointment online like I ended up doing. Once you get in the doctor and assistant are great. I like the staff and the doctor did my surgery and I am healing nicely. Be sure to get follow up appointments scheduled while you are there. The phones are their only downfall otherwise I would have given a 5

I don’t know about the doctors but the front desk is horrible! They do not answer the phone at all! I called for about 2 weeks for an appointment and when they finally answered they gave me the appointment. The girl who scheduled me said they will send me an appointment reminder, they never did. Since I was going for my first visit and did not get the reminder as they promised, I started calling there number again. Nobody answer at all!

It is sad that it could be good doctors in there but they don’t pay attention to improve the schedulers and front desk in general.

Don’t recommend! They bill you and your insurance for procedures they didn’t do. They don’t offer any solutions to fix the situation and Dr creates fraudulent notes to back it up.

My husband has seen both Dr Smith and Dr Akkari. We like both of them. They explained his foot issues clearly and how to properly take care of them. Some times there’s a wait, but no one can know when an emergency comes up and they get called out of the office or have to go to the hospital before coming to the office. Don’t mind waiting. They are worth waiting for! Two terrific Doctors!

Dr. Hodor is very knowledgeable and caring. He knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him.
