National Car Rental

We had the pleasure of completing our rental with Sharon (LAX location). She was adamant that we received the car that was equivalent to our elite status. She took pride in assisting us and she definitely went above and beyond. We are grateful to have met such a wonderful person and she definitely left a lasting impression.

The bus driver was great as was the lady at checkout. They finally hired people with personalities!

The team at LAX National was awesome! Great people that we actually stayed and chit chat for a little bit. Since it was Fathers Day they let me move up a tier in picking a car. Thank you so much! The family and I had a great vacation! We will see you all again.

National is one of the most convenient car rentals I have used. I am an executive member so get to pick and car I like and go straight to the exit gate. The staff are friendly and fast so loved the service.

Emerald Isle only had massive vehicles. Had to drive/park a Nissan Armada around LA - not pleasant! Otherwise a good reservation, airport, drop-off experience.

National Car Rental is my only choice while traveling. They offer outstanding car selections and have perfect and friendly representatives, especially in LAX and DFW. Whenever you have questions, they always listen and put the effort to help out. Strongly recommended.

We were anxious about traveling with kids from LAX to Malibu but the experience with Emerald Club National truly was 5 star, and I cannot emphasize how much this service made our trip so enjoyable. Grab the shuttle, choose your car and drive to check out. Upon return pull in and hop on shuttle! Very friendly service- thank you.

Great experience. Quick emerald aisle processing and on my way. I want to call out a very cool bus driver Regina. Her personality and demeanor on a bus full of international tourists was exemplary. Super personable and pleasant, she’s a real gem and great bus driver as well in a very chaotic LAX right now.

I've used National Rental Cars frequently since 1991 with continuing top notch service. Easy in and out.

I waited 15 minutes at terminal 3 for a pickup, while other rental car shuttles passed several times. Car selection was good upon arrival. During car return I needed to wait to get a printed copy of the receipt.

The check in and return process was very easy and the car ran well with no troubles. The car was smelly and dirty both outside and inside so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Great experience with National at LAX, in and out in 5 minutes in both directions.

Car was immaculate and fully met every expectation. Love the Emerald Isle!
