As a long-term National Construction Rentals customer, I figured it was time for me to finally leave them a review. Their customer service is always top-notch, and their equipment is excellent. They also have the best prices I’ve seen. Never had any problems and won’t be looking to anyone else.

My experience with this company was a positive one. From the first point of contact to the very end, I was impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and communication.

I liked working here because there was always work and my managers and coworkers were kind and respectful. Pay was great too. Eventually I moved on bc I wanted to expand my skillset but I learned some useful stuff that helped me later on.

We have been in construction for over 20 years and the service from this company has been nothing short of horrible. Technicians came and installed the fence realized they were short panels said they would return.our property was broken into several times while waiting. We contacted National Construction Rentals and spoke to Cecilia. She informed us to return they wanted a return trip fee of $500! When we argued the fence was not complete and that we wouldn't be paying for them to complete what should have been completed the first time.they returned and picked up the fence KEEPING OUR YEARLY PAYMENT! We'll be filing to get our money back with damages! Run! Don't walk from this company!

I can’t thank the team enough for their fast service! Needed port a potties IMMEDIATELY and no one else in the area was willing to help me out on such short notice except for this company! Seriously they are life savers if you’re ever in a pinch like I was!

Porta potty showed up a day after I requested it. They say they tried to call me for drop off yet I have no missed calls. Not to mention I told them I wasn't going to be home for drop off. They didn't have an issue with this when I ordered it. Called and left multiple messages but they aren't open on the weekends. Finally got my portable and they said they would call me Monday to discount my charge on my card. Never heard from them and they haven't returned my call. Would not recommend.

If I could give it negative stars I would. This business was horrible, the worst rental I’ve ever come in contact with. Never did their job on time, never cleaned the portable bathrooms, their workers would tell me they were coming to clean the bathrooms and never did. When they would tell me they were on their way, they never showed up. Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone ever!
