While I worked there I witnessed improper practice with commute time, OHSHA violations, and break protocol. Not to mention discrimination by my peers for my skin color, and not speaking their language. They even scratched the windows of my vehicle on a day I worked and was parked at the yard. Which I now have to go through an insurance claim process. On a work level, I wouldn’t recommend getting the shotty service they provide! The guys cut corners when setting up and forming, so you’ll get thin concrete with an uneven grade & roots underneath. With that you’ll have to call them back or someone else to fix what they couldn’t handle the first time. No pride in the craft
