Edit, new issue 9/20/23

I have another problem with my scooter. On Monday, 9/18/2023 your company tried to evaluate my scooter via phone but couldn’t. I was then told I would be transferred to the Stockton Branch. Then I was told they were at lunch and would call me back after lunch. I received no call back. I then called on 9/19 and after being on hold for over 20 minutes someone finally answered and told me the person that should be taking care of me “must be in the warehouse” and was told I would receive a call back. Yep, you guessed it, no call back. I have called again today 9/20 and I’m on hold as I type this. I’ve been on hold for 17 minutes so far. I don’t want to leave a message because I did that last time I had issues, and never received a call back, and in fact took 5 months to get a response. Now I’m being told that “Lisa” is out of the office. So I’m I supposed to just sit and hope my scooter doesn’t break down until someone can decide to call me back?

If I could give negative stars I would.worst customer service ever.actually non-existent. I've been trying to get something warrantied for over 5 months.that should be WARRANTY yet they want to try and bill my insurance. I've even called the corporate office and can't even get a call back from them.they don't want to talk to anyone on the phone, they want texts, and then they don't even return text messages. WORST COMPANY EVER but I'm stuck with them because of my Insurance. If you don't have insurance and need to pay out of pocket, do yourself a favor and go somewhere, ANYWHERE else!

NOT HAPPY. Ordered a chair, when chair was delivered the measurements were way off, chair did not fit in my bathroom. In response to that I got a barrage of, "It is not my faul, it's your fault, did you not choose that chair! " by technician Lydia and mind you I expressed this as a concern that the chair must fit in bathroom. I was told by Tim Stockton that I'm like an old penny, " You can throw it out and it just keeps coming back! " And this was said in front of staff. Dealing with Julie site manager, is a big problem, when this incident happened I asked to speak to her to file a complaint and I was told she was not in, although I knew for a fact Julie was there, fact, as I was in my car leaving, I sat to make a call and guess who comes out the front door Julie. The big problem with Julie is she will not answer your call when there's a problem, I've phoned many times left messages and no response, and this is response to the delivery of the chair they had no choice but to take it back and I am left here in an old chair that needs tires, and repairs and no answer as to what the solution is on the fact that they had to take the new order chair back because it did not fit in my bathroom, I've phoned many times left messages and nothing, no response. Julie tends to hide and avoid doing her job. This is the experience one can expect dealing with this company. How is it my fault that the chair delivered did not fit in my bathroom? Quote " you picked that chair did you not" by technician Lydia, unprofessional shocking. The issues go on, and guess what I'm still waiting. One more thing, I went on the company's website to file a complaint and even there no response its radio silence. To end with this, RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, IF YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL EXPERIENCE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND NOTHING BUT STRESS AND HEADACHES.

This company is absolutely horrible, they should be in prison for how terribly the bussines is ran. I have a client who got a really poor quality electric wheelchair that has controls that break down constantly. It takes her for ever to get ahold of anyone, and once she does the appointment to have it repaired takes a month or even sometimes months. Her chair was stuck being unable to recline recently (which she needs, to be positioned into it correctly multiple times daily after getting of bed, being transferred for using the toilet, etc) she is in horrid pain because of not being able to sit correctly and having to sit up at this angle all day with no reclining ability. She has cried due to their lack of taking care of the repairs. She states her wheelchair is her life and when it is broken her life comes to a halt.
