Great experience. They will answer almost every question you might have about CCW. Arvin is a grate guy and an amazing instructor. Takes his time explaining everything, answering questions, and talking about different scenarios which is very helpful. Overall, great course, great instructor, and informative.

Booked a weekend course. Class size was small and were able to meet at the range first thing in the morning. Arvin had our targets already set up and waiting for us. Took a couple minutes individually and explained the proper procedure. Back in the class provided us with reading material and also dove deeper into laws and risk to carrying a ccw. The written exam is multiple choice and he goes over missed questions. I’m very happy to have chosen Nationwide CCW.

So I am a retired NYPD detective now living in Los Angeles. I couldn't begin to count the amount of training classes, courses, certifications, etc. I've had to endure over the years, PLUS working over 20 years in the private sector. I can tell you with my expertise, NATIONWIDE ranks one of the best in my opinion. Here's why:

WEBSITE- very informative, plenty of detailed information as to what is required of you, what they will provide, etc. They have a live chat and I was shocked when a REAL PERSON replied. And the replies were not one word answers just to get rid of me. They satisfied all my questions in a clear manner.

COMMUNICATION- Once I signed up, I received confirmation and a link for the range website- as you need to fill out a waver. Nationwide provided detailed instructions on what to look for on the range website, step-by-step. They even sent pictures of the tabs to click on making it dummy-proof for me. And then directions to the range including on the range grounds what building to go to (as it is a large property).

INSTRUCTION- Arvan is an EXCELLENT teacher. He's extremely knowledgeable in this complicated set of laws and procedures for CCW's, a clear communicator- he will break it down for you so you 100% understand- and a personable man. This is for both his range and classroom instruction.

Put it this way; even if I moved an hour + away before my renewal and found myself 5 minutes from a new place, I'd go back to Nationwide and Arvin- that's how much they have my confidence. And even if it's far for your travel, remember what you are doing and what's at stake; invest the day and be in good hands- GO TO NATIONWIDE! Thank you, Nationwide.

I really did not think that I would enjoy having to take a day off work for a required training course, but I did, and found a lot of value in the information that was shared by Arvin at the Range and in the classroom. At the range, 100% safety is enforced and easy to understand with the instructions given. At the classroom, Arvin teaches enthusiastically and 90% of the students were paying attention 90% of the time which is hard to accomplish in a classroom setting. I absolutely left more confident in CCW conduct than my previous understanding of carrying in California.

Had the pleasure of taking my CCW class with Arvin. He was professional, thorough and informative. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends.
