As a person with massive amounts of dental anxiety and a bucket load of previous traumatic experiences (with dentists and hygienists), I am always overwhelmed by the kindness, professionalism and attentiveness I receive here. I don’t know that I will ever overcome my dental anxiety completely, but I do know that in my visits here I find myself in wonderful, capable, and caring hands. I greatly appreciate the quality of care, validation and information I am provided with.

Sadly this facility has lost sight of customer service and quality care in the pursuit of profits. Surprised by a $500 bill for simple cleaning and 3 x-rays. “Yearly plan” actually only good for 7 months. Clear they are massively growing their billing staff while reducing hours for dental assistants, and making additional charges for missed appointments. Sad that the owner has lost sight of the practice she started -

I am normally not one to leave reviews but this office was the most friendly and professional place have ever gotten my teeth cleaned.

Sunglasses is always dirty
The office must through away all dirty sunglasses or at least clean them with disinfectant
The person did cleaning need more experience to make her hand softer

Our family has been coming here for a couple of years now. The dentists and hygienists have been nice, friendly, and thorough most of the time. We had one incident that was short of satisfying due to a temporary hygienist who came in to help during busy holiday season. She left my daughter's gum bleeding for a while afterwards during a normal routine checkup and cleaning.
Scheduling has been problematic this last year especially in my opinion which can be several months to almost half a year out at a time. One time they canceled our appointment, and we had to reschedule which was a headache. This issue has me consider switching our family to another practice. However, today Makeda was very nice, polite, and accommodating. She helped move my daughters' appointments up in the week. She also told me that she would personally let me know if anything opens up even earlier, she would contact me. So we will give this practice another try.

I've been coming to this dental office for a few years. Recently had a terrible experience with Dr. Hsu. He did my routine cleaning one afternoon and it was THE most uncomfortable cleaning I've ever had in my life. I have very good dental hygiene and have had cleanings done by hygienists and dentists throughout the country during my adult life. Never had any dentist been so heavy handed. When I brushed and flossed my teeth that night, I ended up spitting out an entire mouthful of blood.

Dr. Hsu also engaged in irrelevant chit chat with the dental assistant during my cleaning. It had nothing to do with my care and was quite unprofessional. It also made me wonder if Dr. Hsu would've done a better job if he had been focused on my teeth rather than distracted by chit chat.

Up till this visit, I had found the services at this dental office to be sufficient, even if not impressive. The office is clean and the staff courteous. I very much dislike their business model, however. You don't get your own dentist. Each time I've visited, some random doctor (usually someone quite young) would supervise my care.

As such, you don't develop a relationship with a dentist. They can't properly monitor your teeth, its patterns or history. Almost every time, a new dentist would ask me questions that had been asked and answered at a previous visit.

The office says you can request the same dentist each time. I tried that, except they seem to have a pretty high turnover rate. So the doctor I liked left after I saw her for two visits.

I plan to look for a new dentist.

Staff is friendly and provided great service on a last minute appointment. We definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone.

Dentist Dr Sharif was very careful about my tooth pain and took great care in her explaining everything and the expected outcome. The outcome was better than I expected.

Natomas Crossing Dentistry is the best dentistry I have been to ever. They are very professional, clean, friendly and welcoming. My crown fell out and I visited another dentistry he was charging me $1500 out of pocket for a new crown and said he will not replace the crown. As I seek another opinion I found Natomas Crossing who was more concerned that I did not swallow the crown and praised me for bringing with the crown to replace! The Dr cleaned the crown bond and replaced! Thank you Dr. You are the best! Highly recommended!

Been going to Natomas Crossing Dental for over 10 years and Dr. Harris and her staff have always been friendly, professional and experts in their craft.

Had an excellent cleaning session with the very amiable Ryan today! He's so thorough and caring, from the moment you walk in (asking for some favorite music to play) until the moment you leave, when he stocks a bag with "goodies, " like floss and a toothbrush and paste. He reviewed his findings with Dr. Hsu, another professional, delightful person on the dental team.

I love this office, I took my girls back here because I used to come here back in 2019. The staff are nice and friendly. The dentist is also amazing.
