Doctor Hwang is very good doctor. Our family has him for over 15 years. He answers all my questions and concerns. We love him. The staffs are great and helpful.

For 4 years I have searched for a facility and a PCP Drs after moving from the Bay Area… I have finally found Dr Hwang who has been able to deal with my complex health. He is very patient and a good listener. I get the sense that he is invested in my health and well being. You will not go wrong to give him a try.

The receptionist had a very rude behavior. I had a appointment for today was told I didn’t have a appointment when I told her that on the appointment card it had todays date then I was told that they will let the manager know about this because there’s more people who have the same issue.this is the first time in 23 years and for past 3 to 4 years we have had this kinda issues.driving for 45 mins from home was totally not worth.very unprofessional and rude behavior.

Dr. Lau is nice, personable and a good doctor. However it is near impossible to get anyone from the clinic to pick up. The recording just loops and they have 2 different recordings which repeats the previous recording therefore, takes longer to get to the call options.

I requested a prescription refill from the pharmacy, and after more than a month the prescription hasn't been refilled even after multiple tries to get a call the clinic. I've gone over 5 times to the pharmacy to try to get the prescription and every time they said it hasn't been refilled yet. Once I finally got a hold of someone from the clinic, they said they sent over the refill a long time ago. Checking with the pharmacy personally, they printed out a history showing it wasn't sent over. While I was able to get a prescribed medicine, it was the wrong one sent over which I have never taken.

I am trying to call again to inform them of the issue and hopefully get the correct prescription. This is my second call after, my initial call suddenly dropped coincidentally at 11: 50 am (right before lunch after holding for over 10 minutes).

Although I like the doctor, I am seriously considering a different clinic.
