Very disappointing and frightening experience. We had ordered food to go on Friday. The food was delicious, and my fiancé and I felt as though it was worth the price. There were a few crunchy pieces that I didn’t think anything of at first, assuming it was a spice or something like that. Eating leftovers on Saturday night, there was a particularly large crunchy piece that I had spat out. To my surprise it was a shard of GLASS. There is absolutely no situation which this glass would have gotten in the food from our household, and we firmly believe the other “crunchy pieces” were smaller shards of glass. When calling to inform the store that GLASS was served to customers, they offered us a 20% discount on our next order (we obviously will not be returning). I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after their poor response to have had shards of glass served I had to say something. Luckily neither of us have had any serious issues so far, but this could have been extremely dangerous. I leave 2 stars because this is clearly a staff issue, as the flavor of the food met our expectations. But there is absolutely no way I would ever return to a restaurant that served shards of glass in our food.

Definitely under new ownership. Seating was available outside but the staff seated a party with a dog at the table closest to the lunch buffet. Lost my appetite.

We just gonna try this resturant tomorrow only because someone was upset from his next tables dog! I really respect animals more than people and love to appreciate the restaurant manager for his warm heart God bless to these animal friendly people and so sad about those people who has old fashion mind and think animals (dogs) are dirty! Or they breathing for example gonna make foods dirty because their table was next to buffet! And god bless to the owner of the dog to bring his baby to resturant and not let him stay in the car in Californias hot weather?

This was our first time here for the buffet. Food was excellent! I have never tried Indian cuisine before and was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and their garlic bread was to die for! We will be back!

I really like this chain. It has been in my life for many years and I consider them an introduction to the wonderful flavors of Indian food. I have brought many people here for the first time, to get them to expand their horizons or at least their scope of cultural menu options and each time we have made a new fan of Indian food. Their servings are the right size, they must know how much the average person can eat and that it is almost pointless to reheat (like most pizza) and have any semblance of the same taste and flavor come through. When dining in, they are very attentive, sometimes with multiple people working in tandem to provide great service. My newest convert chose something he loved and although I don't recall the name it is the dish with corn and peas. I had the chicken Tikka Masala and the sauce was delicious. The Samosas are very good and delivered right out of the heat, so be careful. Naan is okay and their rice is good but the rice portion is a little small. Hey you can't win them all.

Just the rudest manager. Our order wasn't correct which is ok, mistakes happen, and he shouted me down telling me I DO want to eat this. I DO. It was bizarre and unnecessary. Indian food isn't exactly scarce, it's not worth the potential headache of a volatile person just to get a mediocre curry.

There are many places closer to where I live but this is by far the best buffet in the Orange County area I have found. Do yourself a favor and just go. The prices are reasonable and the food is incredibly authentic. I know because I'm Indian. The staff is not overly friendly but I'm not really going here for the friendliness of the waiters and waitresses I'm going here for the authenticity of the wonderful food. So if you're looking for some magical dining experience I'm not saying that's gonna happen but I will promise you this is the best buffet and the Orange County area.

Lunch buffet continues to be flavorful. Price has risen a lot though. Buffet does now include beverage, such as mango lassi.

My partner and I love this place. The staff is so nice and attentive. As vegans, we have had almost everything we can have on their menu (which is a lot) and it's all been amazing.

New staff is very rude. The food isn’t the same.
Himalayan Taste in San Juan Capistrano is so much better. Sad to see this place take such.bad turn.

We ordered food for our daughters birthday this Sunday, we had m two conditions, food must reach venue by 10.30 am and it should be less spicy super tasty. We ordered Chicken Biryani, raita, spring roll, chicken tikka kabab, jalebi, noodles, veg biryani and sandwich. Believe me our guests were asking us if they can take some food home:) Taste was so good and we can't ask more for our daughters birthday. My local friends who loved Indian food earlier are gonna this place for sure. We r super Happy

Food is 12/10 - but some staff really have to work on their cleanliness and hygiene standards (aka don’t touch the buffet food with your bare hands!)

We ordered the spicy food and the food was not spicy. Also it didn't reflect any of the indian taste. To add more, the rice was also not warmed and the cutleries had stain all over it.
Pretty expensive when compared to other indian restaurant around. Definitely need to improve a lot.

The food was reasonably good. The garlic nan was very nice. The lamb biryani was a little on the dry side. Everything tasted good. The service was excellent. Won't mind visiting again.

Worst Indian food here. No taste. All dishes taste similar, no recipes.

Do not waste your time here. We gave couple of chances to this place but bad customer service and low quality of food always disappointed us.

Which is expensive than most of the Indian buffets in LA and Orange county, with such below average food quality.

I used to love this place but the food quality has gone down over the past few years. Not sure if the chef changed or if there's new ownership. Sad to say, but there are definitely better options than Natraj these days
