I recently had a rather disappointing experience at this eye clinic, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The main issue I encountered was the exorbitant pricing, particularly concerning a one-year eye contacts trial.

I was charged a staggering $1890 for the trial, which seems significantly higher than industry standards. The lack of transparency in pricing left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. It's important for potential customers to be aware of these costs upfront to make informed decisions.

Moreover, the overall experience with the doctor and staff was less than satisfactory. Communication regarding pricing was unclear, and the staff didn't adequately address my concerns. The doctor seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain the reasoning behind the high charges.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend this eye clinic due to the excessive pricing and lack of transparency. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary note for others seeking eye care services. Terrible

I was disappointed with the eye clinic's service as they charged exorbitant prices for contact lenses, making it an expensive experience that didn't align with the quality of service received. The high costs overshadowed any positive aspects of the clinic.

Came here for recurrent corneal errosion. Seen the doctor twice. He listen and he look like he care. Unfortunately. He did not even try to look hard for the abrasion. I am still suffering corneal errosion. I feel like they just took the money and that's it. You guys be the judge

Previous doctor who found my corneal errosion spent longer and uses different dye to help me.

Edit: updated. I have seen by a state doctor. QME state doctor says I need surgery. What do i learned? Never trust. All they care is money!

Useless place explained my sudden eye problems didn't do or say anything just did regular check up and out the door nothing to help me.

Needed to schedule an appointment due to problems with my eyes. First of all it’s not very welcoming. Wait time was 1.5 hours. Was told everything was fine but I’m getting a second opinion due to not being comfortable with the results. Then was taken back to pick glasses not many choices compared to other offices. The nurse who saw me out back wasn’t the nicest person either or helpful at all. Not going back and definitely do not recommend.

Before my visit, my vision was not good at all. I am extremely happy with the Dr Kaye's work, after having surgery on my right eye, I now have better vision. Whatever he did worked!

Our Dr Kaye was very professional addressed. All of our needs did an excellent job in the operation. We recovered very fast and we see perfectly. He did an excellent job. I will refer him to all my friends. His staff was very cordial and helpful

Everytime I bring my wife here it is ALWAYS a long wait. And the same lame excuse for the delay. Why do they overbook so much? Very unprofessional.
