Update: I cannot reply to the owner's response directly, so I am just updating my initial review. Dear Nature's Green Cleaners, it is pretty upsetting that it took you 4 months to respond to my review. One would expect problems like what I've described to be addressed in a timely manner. Also, it is not clear what do you mean by accepting full responsibility. Nobody ever contacted me offering to refund money that I paid for your so called service, let alone to compensate the cost of the vest you ruined. So I am not sure what accepting full responsibility means to you.

I would advise anyone to to stay away from this place as you can't be sure that you'd be able to wear your clothes after you'd get them back from Nature's Green Cleaners. A couple of months ago, when I came to pick up my down jacket I found the down completely clumped so the jacket was absolutely unwearable. When I pointed out that the condition they were returning my jacket in was unacceptable, I've been told that it could be fixed within an hour. I came back in an hour and picked up a perfectly fluffed jacket, so when a week ago I needed to dry clean other clothes, I had my reservations about this place but decided to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, they proved me wrong. Today, when I came to pick up my daughter's vest, it was missing a belt and one of four buttons was broken. When I was dropping it off, I specifically asked them if it's safe to leave a belt with the vest as it was an essential part of the outfit and I didn't want it to get lost. They said that I could be sure it would be safe and cleaned. Well, maybe it got cleaned, but I guess I'll never know. So, definitely no third chance for this place. I like my clothes clean but I also like them with buttons, belts, and other essential parts.
