Great space and incubator for thought leaders and creatives! Attended for a retreat on budget advocacy held by trans Latinx women forward org and attended by such passionate and POC movement leaders. The space was big enough to accommodate creative collaboration without sacrificing the intimacy of a smaller group. They had the presentation via projectors and the facilitators did a hybrid zoom and in-person event wc was rather impressive complete with interpreters and virtual and in-person engagement activities. The space also has a neat layout with bean bag loungers. Overall was a good space to hold meetings or retreats and meet other like minded folks. I may be biased bc I was pleased with my event but I’m sure other events would be successful in this space.) The parking is around the corner on a shared lot with other businesses and I found parking easily on a Friday morning. They have gender neutral bathrooms on site.

This is a very special place. An oasis in DTLA- the bathrooms are super chic and the patrons are very cool.
