Navid Ghalambor, MD, Orange CA

Well, both times I've been to see Dr. Ghalambor I've had difficulties with the front desk staff.
First time I was told I would have to pay for my treatment when it was clearly covered by workers comp.
There was a big bru ha ha about that.
And today I got to the appointment on time checked in and sat down.
I waited an hour and said what's going on here to the girl at the desk.
Apparently I was signed in as a "no show" by another girl and the doctor had left for the day?
So I needed to make a new appointment for next week.
Shame on them.
How many other times have they dropped the ball with patients?
Just be aware when you go to this office.

He cannot be trusted. He made up lies about me to have me dismissed from receiving care from RESTORE ORTHIPEDIC AND SPINE CENTER.

I think he is great he listens he explains everything to make sure you understand and through the pain hemake sure you're comfortable with the process.

Doctor Ghalambor is a miracle worker. You just can't say enough good things about him. The staff is very nice and helpful. It just can't get better.

Dr. Ghalambor has been my Dr for few years he is one the best orthopedic dr on my opinion, however my apt was schedule for 1015am I didn't see him until 1115am. I waited one hour at reception. That's not acceptable at all!

Dr Ghalambor was professional and informative regarding the surgery process he was preforming on my left hand for carpal tunnel syndrome.

Dr Ghalambor is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bed side manner. He took his time with me and really explained what was going on with my hand and the recommended treatment Options. I felt very comfortable being under his care and would whole heartedly recommend him to others.

Today’s appointment was great. I didn’t have to wait long and I got all my questions answered. Friendly, caring and professional service.

Dr. Ghalambor really listen to my pain and needs. He's very kind and gentle.
He did a "trigger release" on my left thumb and the recovery was quick pain was minimal. So glad I found this surgeon!

The check in and service was quick! Everyone was nice and cheerful. Onil explained everything in detail so I understood completely.

Only problem I had with my appointment today was the wait, never have I ever waited more then 29 minutes with any of my appointments with any of my doctors here, today waited over an hour but when I hit in it went quickly, had my appointment, got my injections and I was out in about a 1/2 hr

The staff is very professional and friendly. The doctors are on time for their appointments.

Highly respectable team! Dr. Ghalambor P. A O’nil and assistant Anna are so kind and patient. I highly recommend this team for your shoulder and arm specialist.
