Navo & Sons saved us 4 days before Christmas. Our septic backed up into the showers, sinks and toilets. Ewww, we know. I called them and they came out THAT day! Checked out the issue and came back the next day and pumped out our septic. We then learned we had a blockage. After calling our home warranty co, there were no plumbers available till the 28th of Dec. So we called Navo & Sons and they sent a plumber out within the hour, (Brian, the septic guy told us Navo & Sons owned 1/2 of Rotor Rooter!) he cleared the blockage (roots) and we are up and running. The office people are the nicest on the planet. They took care of our many phone calls with grace and compassion. I called so much I just said "Its your stalker calling" and they knew who it was! LOL We recommend Navo & Sons!

The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly for the regular maintenance septic tank pumping. We were very pleased with the work.

Work-up info: We've used Navo and Sons to: 1) pump our septics; 2) install risers and new covers; 3) locate and uncover a septic; 4) clear out the leech line of roots; 5) septic tank patch/repair. All services were done with care and quality. I would trust them with any project involving septic / piping services.

Sewer pipe plugged called late Sunday afternoon left message requesting if they could fit me in Monday morning, they did and they where here and done by 10am

After another plumber could not clear the drain pipe and would not return for 2 days, which was not acceptable, I called Roto-Rooter and they came out as soon as they finished the job they were on and cleaned out the drain.
