NavSav Insurance - Bakersfield

Was recommended to go here by my dad and i did NOT regret it one bit! Bianca was so helpful through the entire process. 10 out of 10.

We have been customers with Charpentier for almost 23 years. Now they have changed to NavSav and all of a sudden I cannot get in contact with them. I have left an abundance of voice messages, because that is all I can do, starting in April, no one has contacted me at all. My advice to any one looking at NavSav, find another company. I am starting another round of messages and will also be looking for another agency to handle our home, vehicles, and RV.

All I did was change my address from 93313 to 93309 & my insurance went up $61.72. Was $108.74 now $170.46. I will be looking for new insurance agent
