16Everytime I'm here some of the tellers are really rude and make side comments that are highly not need. This is not my favorite location for that very reason and why I use the mobile deposit more than coming to this branch location.
The service is Not bad but sometimes some of the employees are not helpful at all, I have had issues with the bank while depositing my checks almost all the times. Just now like right having the same issue with no proper reasons.

I've only been here twice, but it's a wonderful branch! Terrific customer service! I only wish there was a branch closer to UCLA.

Their services are free, they are polite and very helpful. I've never had anyone that wasn't less that perfect at this branch. I prefer their branch services over the phone services.
This branch is very professional and striving to help out their customers. I've worked with Tony twice, and recently has given me very helpful advice regarding refinancing my auto loan. He is knowledgeable and truly takes his time to explain. Great Branch!
Always had a pleasant experience. As with any place when they are busy you have some wait time but the lobby area is acceptable.
For anyone living in Long Beach, Los Angeles or the Valley this location in Fountain Valley is the closest NFCU branch. Even with knowing this, they choose to close at 5 pm every day, including Friday. That is so so so ridiculous. I think just about every other bank in the world stays open until 6 pm during the week, at least on Friday. Just goes to show that they don't care about their members or customer service.
Not friendly, teller told me I had to call navy federal to activate my new card, I spoke to manager and she told him to activate my card using the computer, no need to call them.
They have a CoinStar type machines that are only for members. Not being a member or being able to, having not served. But despite all that the teller not only let me exchange my pretty decent bag of change. But even helped me roll them! Great service, with extraordinary benefits! Overall excellent.
Navy Federal has the best customer service ever! No matter where you are in the bank they make sure someone is there to assist you.
Navy federal are one of the best bank. They have the best customer service. I called navy federal in different occasions and in different time, They are always there waiting for you, to help and resolve any issue. I do not judge an entire institution just because one teller didn't say good morning. This may happen anywhere.
They are not friendly at front desk, time management is horrible.
They can not use their crew efficiently, they are not capable to help members for all their needs.
You have to wait for special person to help you.
Too many employee for long waiting times
There is a wonderful lady there, her name is Serah and she was very helpful in getting our car refinanced. Amazing customer service as well, I highly suggest seeing her.
These folks are always friendly. Front desk always says hello of they aren't shady working with someone. They are efficient and never give anyone grief. Most importantly, they aren't loud. Many banks have trekkers that soak do loud everyone in the bank knows what's going on, not these folks, they are very appropriate!
