9Branch Manager Miranda is absolutely racist and the worst at customer service. I was needing certain paperwork from the state to prove my sister was my adopted sister. I will be closing all accounts due to being treated so poorly today and have been with this bank so long, but this is unacceptable! Navy federal need to hire better people. This location has bad reviews for a reason!
My experience in this branch is always wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and customer service oriented. For my auto loan as well as mortgage consultant they did their best job. I am always happy to visit this branch. Thanks all staffs working out there.
Navy is the best Bank in the Business. Some of these reviews are funny, why would you leave a 1 star review for such minor issues. I had waaaaay worst experiences at conventional banks.
All the workers are very rude and technical about the way checks are written. Josh is the only good worker. Dont waste your time with this rude ash bank
The worst service by poorly trained people! They are extremely hard to communicate with either by phone, email, or chat. They unilaterally, without notice or consent, removed the mortgage co-signor from access to the loan statements and refuse to correct the mistake.
Absolute worst credit union in the State. We opened an account there spet literally 3 hrs to do it inside the branch. My husband and I have been married 20 plus years and now applying for a Auto loan. Run DO not use them. Horriable. Got better rate and service elsewhere
Reliable bank does right by service members, but this location closed at 4PM when service members are hardly getting off work. Dont know why a branch that mainly serves military personnel would close so early.
I have been an NFCU member for almost 30 years. This is the friendliest branch I’ve ever visited. Very convenient location! Over all these years NFCU have always taken great care of my accounts they really know what military people and their families need. They were one of the first institutions that offered interest free “paycheck loans” when the congress started these Non-sensical “shut-down-the-government” budget showdowns. Really gave us peace of mind and didn’t make us feel embarrassed that we needed that kind of help. Thanks.
