ATM gave me 50s so I went in to exchange for 20s and they refused to help me.

I deposited $1600 into atm and my account said $0 dollars so I immediately went inside to see why my $1600 hadn’t posted and they said the band hadn’t received my money and that I have to wait for a technician to check the bin of the atm that it should be 3-5 days for my money.
