10I came to this location 9/16/2023 and the person that helped me made me feel discriminated the way he was treating me. I decide to leave, he checked for my id like 100 times and asked if i was a member like 30 times. I wanted to get a car loan and he didn’t even start the application he told me i might get declined, without even running my credit. Such a bad experience and i left the facility crying.
Had such a great experience with Gianna helping out my whole family with our savings bonds. She was so friendly and helpful and patient, even on a busy weekend. Thanks again!
I came into this branch today about 11 AM. I was immediately greeted by the front greeter. I waited in line, maybe two minutes if that then I was taken care of by banker Alan, he was absolutely phenomenal. My time spent with him felt very personal as if I’ve known him for ever he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thanks Alan for being super awesome. - Mrs Williams

Worst Navy Federal experience ever. I am DONE with Navy Federal because of their incompetence and stupidity to do something so simple and failing at it.
I'd be willing to go with any bank out there at this point because I'm confident the worst banks could out perform there stupidity.
I was able to use the ATM to withdraw, but the human teller inside refused to break down the bills from the ATM. Smugly informing me of their policy, I still don’t understand why they decided to not break a 20 into fives unless you’re a member.
Destiny was amazing! This awesome woman greeted me when I came in with a warm smile. She helped a customer who popped over with a quick question and attended right back to me. Her customer service was beautiful. I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes. I was Closing and opening new account. I really appreciate your accurate time management in waiting for my new card. I love coming into Navy federal and now it shows for the customer service. Thank you Destiny
This disheartens me to write this review because in the past I have had nothing but a great experience at this branch. I am literally known by name with most of the tellers/security guard because this is my neighborhood branch. I have never had any issues with any of the tellers questioning my transactions. Until today teller "Rachel" Teller ID #37296 assumed that my insurance check was fraudulent without doing her due diligence to research before asking me the question "was I expecting this check" assuming that my check was fraudulent mind you I have been depositing this check with the same amount for well over a year now due to a work-related injury. The way she spoke to me was very condescending with suspicion and I REALLY BELIEVE that because of who I identify as she felt the need to question my deposit. NAVY FEDERAL PLEASE GET RID OF THE BAD APPLE because she will rotten them all! Since teller Wendy and Aman has left the branch the customer service has gone downhill dramatically, they have a high turnover rate and staff are not well trained.
Cynthia natal was super helpful! Also very patient with the transfer I was trying to do, she walked me through everything and provided different options and great costumer service. Also the front desk lady initially, was kind and was insightful as well. Highly recommend this branch.
