I got in an accident with my baby, and NB Collision was a lifesaver. They waived half of my deductible (cut it from being 1k to 500) and provided me with a loaner vehicle to use while my car was in the shop. Everyone I dealed with was super friendly and helpful. They got my car fixed pretty fast, and let me know the second it was ready to pick up, and even let me pick it up after hours. Wish I could give 10 stars, these guys are fantastic!

It was very nice working with them! The whole front of my car was extremely damaged and they patched it right up. They were always extremely helpful and I would honestly recommend them to anyone if they need help with repairs.

Our hybrid got rear ended on the freeway that caused the damage to the whole back left quarter of the car, screwed up the trunk door and all the sensors, plus our AC stopped working. Needless to say NB collision did an amazing job! Restored the car like it was brand new!
