I purchased a KTM 350 XCF-W from this dealership over the weekend. They were fantastic to work with. I live over an hour from the dealership so I was not interested in going in and haggling over the price. They understood that, we discussed the price over the phone and agreed that I would pick it up on Saturday. I urged them to take a deposit just so I could feel confident the bike was mine. They declined and said it wasn't necessary, they would have it ready to go for me when I arrived.

I pulled into the parking lot and the bike was sitting right out front with a red "sold" tag on the throttle. I walked inside, introduced myself, and about thirty minutes later was walking out pushing the bike to my trailer.

Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end! Could not recommend this place more!

I purchased a motorcycle here and the staff was amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me as I was trying to make a decision on what to buy (and if I wanted to buy something). They have a fair selection, good pricing and they can work with you on the monthly payment.

Amazing customer service it was a little bit of a drive since there were so many motorcycles dealers in the la area but I am glad I made the drive. I already new what I wanted and Marc made me feel welcome and at ease. They even helped me strap up and load the bike for the tow home

We bought a Yamaha YXZ from Kevin & it was a seamless process! North County Yamaha has a very knowledgeable & courteous staff. Leon in the parts department is great about looking up parts when needed. We will continue to do all our dirtbike & side by side parts purchases from them.

Parts counter staff are quick to get you what you need and more knowledgeable than most I've experienced.

NCY used to be my go to place for parts, but lately I can't get anyone on the phone to save my life. Like others have said, I have stood in the showroom for 20-30 minutes with not a single hello or can I help you. This is the reason people would rather buy online. Goodbye NCY!

Literally stood there at the bike I wanted I got on and was trying to get someone’s attention to run numbers and not one time did I get acknowledged. He walked past me multiple times, I was ready to buy. Horrible experience never going back.

Their website is horrible. No search bar on their home page and then once you get to a search bar it doesn’t work. Guess they won’t be getting any sales.

Installed tire got bike home and noticed water on the floor of the garage.
Update took bike into NCY for cooling system repair.kept bike one week and was told pinsize hole in radiator and they don't repair they only install New.
Took radiator to have repaired no hole in radiator at all.
Took bike to fun bike center San Diego found leak prior to bike even entering the building. So beware they are not good mechanical shop at all

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff in sales, service and parts, always willing to help you out.

I sat on like three maybe four bikes. Plus the used Kawasaki 650 outside.
Could not get one person to ask me if I needed any help.
Then I walked around the entire store trying to find the stairs to go upstairs to look at the bikes upstairs cause like 85% of downstairs is dirt bikes. I'm interested in street.
Could not find one Cruiser bike to save my life.
I even walked out these double doors which led outside to a bunch of side by side.
So I left.

George is THE man. I can honestly say that was the most enjoyable buying experience I’ve ever had. He was lightning quick with his responses, had a no nonsense approach to pricing, we struck a deal, and he made good on it. Looking forward to doing more business with these guys, I highly suggest you give them a shot at earning yours.

The best Motorcycle Dealer I have ever purchased bikes at. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, the place is clean, and prices better than most places. Parts are easy to get and service top notch.

George went above and beyond when he personally delivered a machine (RZR) to Baja in the middle of the night. Our old rzr broke and he picked it up and brought a new one.
