Horrible experience. My friend is getting married in 2 weeks and just received her dress and unfortunately it does need to be hemmed and taken in. We heard this was one of the best in town. We went there today and when we asked for material to be added for modesty the owner had the audacity to tell us "man made rules, Jesus didn't say that". I'm sorry, I don't need your opinion on my beliefs, I just need your "professional" work done on the dress. We aren't paying them for their opinion on people's religious beliefs, we are paying them to do what their business does, which is hem, sew, etc. She said this not only once, but twice and made several other comments and facial expressions. Again, your opinion on my beliefs should be kept to yourself while in your place of business. Either tell me you can help me and keep your opinion to yourself or tell me no and tell your husband how you disagree with my views after I left. Needless to say, we are taking our business elsewhere!

I had some drapes hemmed here and they did a good job. Friendly service. It was more expensive than I imagined, but I don't ever have work like this done so I have nothing to compare it to, so that might just be the going rate.

These folks are wonderful and I highly recommend them for all of your tailoring and alteration needs. I have a vintage down vest that needed the separating zipper replaced. I thought I was doing the right thing by ripping out the old zipper and ordered a new one on-line. I slaughtered that poor vest. I took it and the new zipper to a local dry cleaning establishment, but their alterationist declined to attempt putting in the new zipper, but they did refer me to Needle Express. It was no problem for them to put "Humpty-Dumpty" back together again. The new zipper installaion is AMAZING. I am the daughter of an alterationist and recognize outstanding work when I see it. Again: FIVE STARS for Needle Express!

Professional work, took in 2 pair of jeans, I can't even tell that they have been altered at all. Will use them for all my clothing.
