Great service, even in 117° weather, came in to look at car and weren't pushy at all. Got to us very quickly

Pulled a bait n switch few times.i would not trust them very dishonest. Called about a car and was available but closed as soon as they opened i called it was gone but a more expensive car was available. Classic used car scam (in reply) when you call its available and then its not when u open. U were closed. I found a gem you didnt know you had a rare car instead of being honest you tried to con us into a more expensive car. Less horsepower and no room. Big difference between 9 and 14 000 you are a con job i intend to take this to the authorities.

After considering myself a customer for a few years and wanting to keep my business local, I will no longer be coming back to Neftin. I own a VW GTI. In late-2017, I took it in to get serviced and was charged a reasonable $302 for my DSG service. Yesterday, I took it in to get the DSG service again (every 40K interval) and I was charged $495, without explanation. The service was the same, the labor was the same, and the required parts were the same. I don't appreciate getting needlessly up-charged when I take my car to get serviced. Look elsewhere if you want a good price.

I had the pleasure of buying a new car from Neftin last week. Not only was the deal fantastic, everyone at the dealership made the experience one of the best I have ever had in 30 years of buying cars. No pressure, No BS, very knowledgable staff and most importantly didn't play games. Larry Cohen was a great salesman and Brad Herrling streamlined the process. Highly recommend Neftin.

My vehicle service episodes at Neftin Volkswagen have always been exemplary. Service is prompt, updates or discovered issues were always forthcoming, and vehicles were always offered if the service was to take what the service manager thought was perhaps longer than I might want to wait. I have no issues with the service whatsoever.

Love VW no matter what. Cannot ever use dealer s service and we all know why but today got final confirmation why. To make long story short. Went to check brakes and tires. Beside the coldness and non courteous environment between the service crew. Do not know who checked on my car but stated that needed new brakes pads and rotors for 1400$ when they asked me no long ago for about half of that price, explanation? " labor must gotten higher" that was the actual answer. Of course I disagreed and picked up my car went immediately to local honest shop and right away they lifted the car under my supervision to show me that NO new brakes or rotors were needed and the only thing might be resurfacing front rotors for 125$. I also had Neftin check at my tires but I won't go further cause still got new 4 tires for about half of what Neftin asked and alignment included. No matter what I also had to leave 147$ to Neftin for checking my car or mislead me.

Made an appointment online. Call before I go, the person on the phone tells me I will be out of there in less than an hour. Get there for them to tell me it doesn’t matter that I made an appointment and it will take 4 hours to get done! An oil change! Terrible service!

I drive 20 miles to come here even when I have a dealer right next to my work. The people here seem friendlier, more personal with good service. Brought my golf are here as well.

I'm amazed at how easy Max is to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured or as if I was being given the run around. Quality experience and the Jetta is an awesome car.

I never write reviews, but after receiving excellent care twice from customer service representative, Frank Olvera, in the service department, I felt obliged. Frank was not only friendly and welcoming, but was receptive to listening and responding to my concerns, no matter how small. He paid great attention to detail and I am confident that my car is in good hands when I leave it with him. I will continue to go to Netfin because of his service. Thank you, Frank!

We love Neftin VW! "John " in service is the reason we keep buying our cars from Neftin! He has taken fantastic care of us over the years and if the car needs work, I know it really needs it. They have always been completely honest when we needed work and they have repeatedly saved us money when there was work not required as well. This was a good Volkswagen location the neftin Westlake Volkswagen is a great location to check out if you're in the buying mood for a Volkswagen vehicle the people there are very nice they have a very good selection The prices are decent and they are willing to work with you to get you a better deal if you need it

I took my Beetle in for recall service and oil change. Staff was friendly and prompt. I didn't have an appointment and they took care of my needs in short order. I will be a return customer. Thanks!

The only reason I even bother bringing my VW to Neftin is because of service advisor Frank Olvera. He is always so kind and helpful! If Neftin wants a recipe for success, hire more people like Frank!

Horrible service center. I was booked at 10 and spent 6 hours waiting, wandering around their little downtown calling on the hour “oh it’s almost ready” each time. Came back at 4: 00 - it was still untouched. No apologies from the creep calling himself their service manager. Two stars for the nice mechanic who profusely apologized for their understaffing and over booking issues. Never again - took my car to VW Palm Springs and it was perfect. If you can swing it it’s worth every mile.

I'm exceptionally pleased with this service. I thought I'd damaged the bottom of my car after running over something. John Garcia got my car in immediately and, while it was there, took care of a recall. I expected to pay for the inspection, but he didn't charge me. Plus I got a video of the inspection so I know exactly where the scrapes are and why my car's okay. When I picked up my car it had been washed. I HIGHLY recommend this service department and John Garcia, in particular.

Awesome service. John Garcia and his team were great. My VW was having serious operating issues over the weekend. I left the car there overnight. John was responsive Monday morning about getting my car in line to be serviced. Communication was stellar through the whole process. The video explaining my car's issues was a nice touch of transparency.

Amazing. Went just to see with my mind set on another car. But after going to Neftin and leaving to buy a different car I return and bought a VW from Max. Honestly the best sales person for us car buyers. EASY, no games, best price that I tested at 2 other dealerships. Love VW, Love Neftin and Love Max for making it so quick and painless.
