12I'm a new patient for Dr. Jalisi and I'm really satisfied of the office's staff. They are friendly and polite. Dr. Jilaisi took proporiate time for chrecking my health situation. She is skilled enough and confident. Thank you very much
I must put minus zero, her treatment is very bad with patients, she makes them wait for a long time and when she comes to them she talks to her staff about other topics and does not give the patient any attention
This office has gotten WORSE over the years. They have a big turnover in staff and for the most part since they have new people all the time there they don't know what they're doing. Customer service is BAD!
For the most part I don't ever wait but they seem to always misplace or lose copy of my insurance card and i.d. So it gets frustrating having to pull it out all the time Dr Nejat is good though.
Doctor Jalisi has been my M. D.for several years. She is very caring and even if an N. P.is helping out for the day, she makes sure that she comes in to verify all of the information and treatment plan. I wouldn't want another Doctor. Her staff have always been kind, professional and prompt. I have never had to wait a long time to see the Doctor. Robin Brown
By far the worst clinic ever the doctor is not there half of the week the nurses have no clue what they are doing all they care about is for you to show up to the office and for them to get paid I have been waiting for 1 referral for over a week and they don’t even respond I am going to file a complaint on them regarding all medically use only for there own purpose to make money they don’t care about any patient
Worst Doctors office in El Cajon most of my visits were the same with long wait times and lousy staff service. Getting a new primary doctor as soon as possible.
Dr Jalisi has been my primary physician for several years and I have always been very happy with the care I have received
This woman picked up my child without parental consent and dropped her off in a parking lot 50 minutes from home.
Dr Jalisi staff are horrible at their job they have no customer care one bit they are bad at their job they are rude. They are always miss placing my mom medications my mother has many illness and they don’t know how to take care of her this why we are changing doctors cause we can’t keep letting this happen anymore yeah doctor Jalisi is nice but she doesn’t take care of her front office staff
Be careful it is "Cash money orinted clinic" and nonprofessional at all, just looking for the way getting money from the patient. They don't care about treat the patient and give a tailored solution. Nonprofessional regisetration staff
Dr. Jalisi's office is always clean, with nice staff. She's the best doctor I've had.
