Super friendly, very welcoming staff! I was comfortable and put at ease, no nervousness or anxiety during or after the initial meeting.

I would highly recommend Nelsen Family Dentistry to anyone in the greater Chico area. They were extremely helpful and friendly. By far one of the most enjoyable cleanings I’ve had. Plus they have a beautiful facility that is very clean and relaxing with huge windows and beautiful landscaping on the outside. 10/10 experience.

This man my dentist John Nelson is an angel here on Earth sent from above. He's genuine and he really cares about his clients. Johnny on the spot they saved my tooth my cap came off and he replaced it and bonded it and did everything that needs to be done. Expeditiously with a smile and with true love for caring for other people. I never experienced such love it made me cry. I know he was sent from above. I recommend him highly. I've been in Chico 21 years and I wish I met him first before meeting any of the dentist I've gone to the chicken sandwiches. My oral surgeon Barnes recommended him. The whole staff is genuinely friendly and professional. They provide a state of the art experience. Each time I go, they’ve invested in the latest technology and software. I can get nervous in the dental chair and Nikki and Missi put me at ease. I know they will take the best care of me.

Only one visit and I really liked Dr Nelson. He was very personable and knowledgeable! The staff was friendly too!

Great service! I especially love the 7: 00 am appointments so I can still get to work. My RDH, Kelsie, was super efficient, skilled, and overall, friendly. I enjoyed my teeth cleaning!

Dr. John was so great today. I felt so comfortable and at ease. His assistant Chelsea was the best! So nice and fabulous. Not to mention the receptionist Mel was so helpful and sweet today! 5 stars all around.

The staff at Nelson Family Dentistry is absolutely wonderful! I brought my 13 month old in to get familiar with the concept of going to the dentist as well as to have his first few teeth checked out. Misty Nelson was so kind and gentle. She had a playful approach with introducing the instruments. I really appreciated the way she took the time to communicate with my son as well as with me. Her assistant Ruby was so sweet and let him pick out a few “treasures” from the treasure chest post visit. Briar, the dental hygienist is by far the most adorable and and knowledgeable hygienist around. Aside from the staff, the office is clean and all the employees were groomed and uniform. I personally enjoy coming to an office that takes pride in their appearance. We were beyond pleased with our experience at Nelson Family Dentistry. I highly recommend!

I just gotta say that this was my first visit for my youngest daughter and i could not be more happier. I was so nervous worried that my daughter was gonna freak out and be very uncooperative but she was the total opposite! The ladies there are sweet, welcoming and very caring! They took care of my daughter so well and she left with a big smile! I highly recommend this office!

I had the most amazing experience at the dentist today. As a newer patient I was so impressed by the thorough care and concern I received today at Nelson Family Dentistry and by the sheer warmth and friendly atmosphere of the staff there. I feel so fortunate to be a patient here. I never really looked forward to going to the dentist before, but now I do.
