I've been a 25 year customer of Nemat International and love the rich fragrances of their fine products.

Have been purchasing here for 4 or years now.after a Covid hiatus I have just ordered again. Customer service was outstanding - given international datelines the response I received to query about shipping costs was much faster than I expected. The only thing I have found that might surpass their service is their Oils. "Golden Sandalwood", Himalayan Musk" & "Sandal Rose" are just exquisite. The gorgeous little sample bottles are fantastic as promotional items or Gifts to clients. My order arrived in Australia in 9 days from placing it.just about unheard-of, particularly in these Covid-addled times. Thank you Idris & the rest of your team.

The oils are cut and very weak. They can't be used for resale due to this. Will not purchase againt. Do not recommend.

Do business with this company at your own risk! Customer service is horrible! Be prepared to simply take a loss, if your package does not reach you! I never received my package, but because it showed “Delivered” it was basically not their problem! I was offered a new order but only if I had paid half. Why would I do that when I initially spent over $75 and never received that order! Not your typical business, they don’t care about their customers at all!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They don't care about customer service. They care only about their bottom line and making sure it is profitable for them. (this is almost a direct quote from them) I put in an order for samples. I met their minimum even though their website states that samples may be ordered under the minimum. I received a confirmation email that my order was received. That was 11 days ago. I still hadn't received a shipping notification or any communication from them. I followed up with them by phone to check the status of my order by calling them. I was told by the "manager" it wasn't worth their time and too expensive for them to pay their employees to fill an order with single bottle samples. Why did they not contact me with this information? !? Why did I have to follow up with them? !? Why would you not want to cater to a future customer willing to spend money? I asked them why their website allowed me to complete such an order if they weren't willing to fill it. He wouldn't answer directly and kept interrupting me (saying my first name repeatedly to try and shut me up) and telling me he could send me a reduced order with partially complete bottles (bottles with no caps). Why would I ever want a bottle I can't eventually use. What a waste! I told him I was prepared to make a large purchase after I decided which bottles I wanted to use for my business. He DID NOT CARE! He said he will refund my money and that "I am free to take my business to someone else. " Really? Thanks for enlightening me. I will.

Excellent products and service-whether for fragrance or bottles! I've been using their products since around 2014.
