We had an amazing time. The puzzles were difficult but lots of fun. Their set up was amazing and we can’t wait to go again.

First time in an escape room. My group of friends and I had a blast solving puzzles. The Staff is very friendly, professional, and acted really well in his role. I will definitely be coming back again.

Just went to this place and wasn’t expecting anything like what I experienced. The whole setup, story, and location is awesome. Defiantly something I would recommend everyone trying out!

Team Jon-a-Than here. The impression I got when we first walked into the building was, "Wow, this is large". Throughout the entire stay both of our hosts stayed in character, addressing everything as a part of our "mission". The actual escape room was immersive, technically impressive, and fun! We did their Capitol Escape, and the difficulty was moderate, but there were still things that stumped us. Overall, a very fun escape room that I (and my team) would recommend.

Great room, super creative and from a person who has been to a dozen or more escape rooms this room was definitely top 3. Excited for more rooms to open up later this year. The Game Master really made the experience better; most Game Master typically just read or passes a script for us to read but NEO Game Master was very detailed, and really made the room 100% better overall.

Did Capitol Treasure escape room in Old Sac last night. Very clean, high-quality room w/fun theme & interesting puzzles. Hosts/owners are friendly & helpful. Can't wait for their next room!

Wow! This escape room is definitely one of the best ones we done. For sure top 3 within the Sacramento area! To start off, my group and I have been doing escape rooms for the past few years. We done some in SoCal and all of the ones in Sacramento area. And when we heard about a new escape room, Neo, we were a excited for a new experience! When we got there, our host (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!), was easy to talk to and thrilled that we were there! In terms of the puzzles, without giving anything away, we were blown away by how interactive and hands-on they were! We’re glad that we chose this activity tonight and we are definitely excited for the next one!

My husband and I decided to take on NEO Escape Rooms with our 19,16 and 9 year old children. We honestly could not have enjoyed ourselves any more than we did! It was challenging, exciting and every single one of us contributed and succeeded with literally a minute to spare! We left exhilarated and talked about it for the rest of the evening. 100% recommend this location and experience for adults and families alike. Thanks to Gabriel for being such an amazing host!

Awesome time! We’ve done a ton of escape rooms and this room is extremely well put together. Everything from the story, the puzzles and the theme! Can’t wait for their next two rooms to open! We’ll be back!

I've done over 30 escape rooms so far, and the Capitol Heist at NEO is one of the best I've ever done. The room design was great. The build quality was top notch. The flow and puzzles kept the experience feeling fast, but challenging. I would recommend NEO to new and experience puzzlers!

Personally I don't like escape rooms in general. Been to a bunch but never have I had as much fun as I had at NEO Escape room. It's moderately difficult but more importantly its engaging and FUN! Looking forward to their next rooms eagerly

What an amazing escape room experience! My husband and I have done about 20-25 escape rooms in the last couple of years, in the Sacramento area and in Washington state. I love the creativity of this escape room. There were so many different types of puzzles that everyone can feel like they're contributing to solving the case. The game keepers were fun and engaging and should be very proud of their work. We will definitely be back for their future rooms!

So much fun! We decided a family night during the pandemic was necessary! I'm SO glad we checked out NEO Escape Rooms.

Such a great time! We had a party of 5 and had a blast. Really makes you use your mind and problem solve! The "introvert" (he knows who he is) did an amazing job in preparing us to be agents and giving us the story line! We completed the room with only minutes to spare! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic time in old town!

My first time doing an escape room. So much fun! Having a great back story and mission to complete, we made it out with 56 seconds to spare. Thank you NEO Escape Rooms for the laughs and teamwork that was generated today.
