9Great photo location! I recommend looking up when sunset in PV is to make sure you get good lighting-avoid high noon at all costs, please!

I maintained Neptune Fountain at Malaga Cove Plaza in Palos Verdes Estates for many years while working for the city.
The fountain is over 200 years old, originally from a garden in Bologna, Italy.
King Neptune has watched over Malaga Cove for over 90 years.
Visit the fountain and respect it's history.
What an iconic, classy area to take beautiful photos. Totally a great spot to stop by and admire the architecture.
Beautiful Italian style statue and fountain in Malta cove center. Been there since the early 20th century. Great piece of Palos Verdes history! Great place for some family pictures and a must see if you're exploring the south bay coast!
Beautiful fountain in an ornate European style on a much smaller scale. It certainly makes the plaza stand out.
A beautiful copy of the fountain of Neptune in Bologna in the heart of USA. The original statue is located in Italy, in Bologna, in the square that takes its name from the fountain. This was built in the 1920s, while the Italian one is the result of the collaboration between Giambologna and Tommaso Laureti. The work was commissioned by Pier Donato Cesi (1522-1586) to glorify the papal government of Pope Pius IV and was finished in 1566. Unfortunately, I write this review without ever having worn it live, I hope I have been of help and I hope before or then to be able to visit it live!
One of LA’s best “is this really in LA? ” places.
The fountain was made in 1930 and is a replica of one from Bologna, Italy.
Great place for running groups to meet. I know several high schools, El Camino, and run clubs meet there Saturday mornings.
