After the passing of my in-laws I witnessed the efficient services of the Neptune Society that they had both chosen for their cremation desires. I therefore chose The Neptune Society for my own cremation and subsequently, also purchased a plan for my ex-husband. The plans were affordable and provide our children with the necessary information and documents for a smooth transition in a difficult time.

Planning a funeral can be, to say the least, a daunting challenge. Using Neptune Society has been a god sent. I spoke with several Societies prior to choosing Neptune. Why did I choose The Neptune Society?
1. Excellent reputation and “word of mouth”
2. Services are very comprehensive
3. Flexibility in cost and finance

However:
Perhaps the most important aspect was their understanding and compassion of the human condition: the needs, apprehension and fear of the client as well as family.

Kiah Ginsburg, Certified Pre-Arrangement Advisor for the Santa Rosa office personifies why Neptune is so highly rated. Kiah was not only very knowledgeable- he was compassionate, patient and possessed the unique ability to relate and understand the emotions and needs of people.

He was excellent in offering suggestions and explaining all aspects of The Neptune Society. In my opinion, Kiah is a wonderful and highly trained representative of Neptune. He personifies all of attributes that Neptune offers.

I opted to go with The Neptune Society, for my cremation. There was no pressure, just attended a presentation. The entire process was very easy, cost effective, and now, done. I am very happy to have taken care of this.

Highly affordable, highly professional and very pleasant to deal with. Neptune is thorough answering all and any questions and makes the process easy for end of life arrangements.

I am familiar with it because of friends and family who have used so I believe it to be legit -but the salesman was less than knowledgeable and the after sale support of questions -well I've emailed -no response.so i think the program is good - the service not. Why do I have to store my own urn in my garage -I may not need to use it for 20-40 years and if I move I have to always be sure i have a note for someone where it is - -LAME - Neptune says they will have my body after I pass to somewhere to perform the cremation - but the big question for me is how will I deliver them the urn after I am gone. I live in a remote place am single etc... I don't care after I'm gone whether i have an urn or not -but storing and moving with it - -LAME

And in looking at Neptune's replies to reviews hear - seems like they are using canned replies/AI - we'll see how AI can respond to what I have posted)

Neptune Society of Northern California were wonderful in helping with my husband's funeral. Their staff was very supportive. I recommend Neptune Society to anyone to help plan a funeral.

Michelle and Elizabeth and the entire staff went beyond expectations to help me deal with each and every step of the process. Their kindness and understanding was very comforting during this critical time. They made it easy to understand and provided outstanding support. We place my Mother in the care of the Neptune Society and were happy with their compassion and caring during a very difficult time. We trust that everything was handled as promised and now face the sad future without our Mom. I would not hesitate to use this service in the future.

They were very helpful and made the process very easy. Everything was taken care of i didn’t have stress with the process. I called when my husband passed and they were there to pick him up, i was later called into the nearest office and everything was explained to me, i was given the options and they took care of my decisions. Wonderful service.

My family experience with Neptune Society was very positive. Laura was very helpful to us helping us chose the right choice of arrangement we needed. When they came out to our home to transport my wife they were very thoughtful and respectful. Laura guided us though the process to the finish. She was respectful and caring and also share our thoughts and mission. Thanks to Laura and her team for making the transition a calm and peaceful day.

We were treated with great respect, Neptune staff were efficient and helpful. They were able to respond to our needs with understanding. I appreciated the support I needed at this time of loss of my husband.
