I am a senior and on and off i need tech help.

Leif Goldfield from the Nerds was recommended by a good friend.

He was very professional and presented himself with dignity and his high skills impressed me. I must say he is impeccable.

Because i dont want cable, only WiFi, Leif showed me how to connect my computer to my tv with huge screen with cords. Amazing!

I have been enjoying so many films on big screen on Netflix, from my computer to tv screen.

As a bilingual user, i also need programs installed for typing.
Leif figured out what is needed for my native language and now i am enjoying both English and my mother tongue on the computer.

Plus when my tv was frozen, i consulted with Leif, of course.

He came over and in a few minutes he fixed it.

Also i had Leif when i bought a new cellphone. He transferred everything i wanted from my old phone, including some programs in my motherland language.

Now i have no fear that we seniors have about technical troubles.

Leif is my techie and i highly recommend him for any troubles with any electronical instruments.

I would not go back to these guys ever again. I have no computer experience and needed assistance removing and installing the hard drive (not rocket science) on my laptop. I was charged $33.00 for removal, 10 minutes which 6 was unscrewing and removing back of computer and $33.00 for 5 minutes installation of hard drive! Absolutely absurd.
Unpleasant, unfriendly and lousy service.
They also supposedly increased the speed of internet which lasted for all of 1 hour. It's even slower now.

I did not know anyone and they came recommended. I do not recommend them and will never use them again.

Adrian was fantastic! Completely fixed my computer's hard drive problem and went WAY above and beyond with everything he did (addressing other problems, optimizing the machine's performance, etc.).
