I had a great experience exploring mattress options with Jason. He was friendly, informative, and gave me plenty of space to try things out in a low-pressure environment. The company also cares about sustainable practices, which is a plus. Looking forward to my new mattress!

Tatiana was super helpful in getting us our new bed. We came in sort of knowing what kind of bed we wanted, but she was great at helping us narrow it down, and also explaining the labor day deals and shipping logistics.

It didn’t feel like she was pressuring us and just gave us the information we needed to make our own decision! It was a great experience.

We came when Nest Bedding opened. Troy was really nice taking his time to explain about all the various beds that they have. We are a returning customer as our Airbnb room has a nest bed and our guests all really like it so that when it came time for us to buy a new mattress, we turned to Nest Bedding. Upside was the mattress was on sale as it was Labor Day weekend but bonus, we got a free sheet set to boot. Thanks Troy for spending time with us!

I love this place. Made my first mattress purchase there in 2016, or maybe even earlier. That one continues giving terrific sleep to its sleeper person. Now it’s time for me, on a different bed. I’m happy to report that the newer version of the one I had is improved in an impressive way, with a zip-off top portion that allows for replacement of the 4” foam or latex that will tire after some years. When you go here, ask about the deal about that replacement, even years into the future.

This is the main location - check BBB listing. Ordered pillow, received bank notification for a charge. Nothing for ten days. Called company, no answer. Chat snarky, unhelpful. Turns out zip failed to verify on my cc (thanks autocomplete), but nobody from Nest told me about issue, which they had visibility into but not me. Offered me $3 coupon for hassle. Spent 30 minutes dealing. Implicit value of my time: $6 / hour. Don’t waste yours with this company.

Troy was so helpful in sorting through my bed issues with me. He's super knowledgable in the area, and is generous with his tips. Together we troubleshot the issue, and he ultimately helped me figure out a solution to alleviate the issues I was having with my mattress. I cannot recommend him enough!

Troy was knowledgeable, patient and informative while helping us find the perfect bed. We went in thinking we wanted one kind of bed but after Troy educated us and had us try multiple different beds we made the perfect choice for us.

My Easy Breather pillow came with so much extra stuffing for this understuffed-pillow-loving sleeper that I had enough for two. I asked about getting an extra rigid outer cover, and Troy was extremely helpful in arranging that. Many thanks!

Nest the definitive end to my wife's and my exhausting search for a new mattress. Head and shoulders above other mattresses in the same 'tier' that we tried at Mancini's, Mattress Firm, and Saatva in the city in terms of quality, while also being cheaper. Troy's pitch was also by far the least pushy/sales-ey pitch we heard, very low pressure and informative. Perhaps a little longer than I would have ideally preferred, but hard to fault the guy for trying to be as helpful as possible. Highly recommend.

This is what a Nest mattress looks like after 13 months of use on the solid foundation required to not void their warranty.

Unfortunately mold is explicitly NOT covered by their warranty (despite them clearly having a problem with it at the factory), so unless you want to sleep on this expect to toss your $1700 mattress and replace it with something not prone to mold issues after 1-2 years

Went in for a pillow as a bd birthday gift. Troy explained the choices and made it easy for me to choose what I hope will be the right one.in the process I learned more about these pillows than I thought was possible. Great easy friendly experience. Parking out front! All those 5 star ratings are well deserved!

I’m sad to write this review because I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I bought an Alexander Hybrid mattress and owned it for a few months. During the trial period, everything seemed fine. I enjoyed the mix of foam and springs. However, about 6 months later, I noticed the mattress slept very hot. Even if I have just a sheet on top of me, I notice that the actual mattress gets very hot causing me to wake up each night sweating, even when my bedroom temp is 67 degrees or less. Others have also slept in my bed and have noticed the same thing.

I contacted customer service and while they gave me a few tips and told me to buy a mattress cooler from them, I’m hesitant to purchase anything from Nest again due to the heat caused by the mattress.

The other qualities of the mattress are good, and I remember the staff being friendly when I went in person. However, for a premium mattress, I would have expected better.

This would have been the second bed that we purchased from Nest. While it's too bad that the SF location closed, it was good to know that there's still a presence in East Bay. If the product itself doesn't sell you, then the salesmanship will. Tory and Jason were great to work with. I didn't feel there was pressure in any direction, to make a decision one way or another or to upsell. Many of the recommendations were to keep things as is.

Troy, the sales associate, was really knowledgeable, attentive and considerate. No sales pressure, just "bed-ucation". I received a personal understanding of my body preference to beds in general. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful experience here! This was our first time buying a new mattress, and since it’s such an investment we had a lot of questions. Tatiana had incredible customer service and held our hands through the whole process! So glad we decided to check out the show room as opposed to buying online. It really helped us feel confident about our decision!

Super experience here! Not only are the beds great but the sales associate (Troy) was super helpful, went above and beyond to help find me and my wife a good bed for both of us and has been incredible to work with each step of the way. Even if you think you know what Nest bed you want from looking at it online, come into the shop as they can help out even more from there.

Go see Troy, he's the bed/sleep whisperer! This was the best, most informative, pressure-free, and friendly mattress shopping experience I've had, and I've had way too many of them. Hopefully this will be the last for a long time. If the bed feels as good over time as it did in the store, it will be.
