Do not apply for a loan here especially online. It was easy and smooth at the first phase only to turn around and totally ignore me after paying the convenience fee, which by the way is not cheap. It's a long process and countless follow ups and it is not that easy to contact them. You will get a hard time getting in touch with someone.

Their mortgage refinance is full of challenges and roadblock.the process takes a lot of time, and you need to be extremely patient with the entire thing if you want to get it done. I don't think I would use them again.

These people just want to earn money from clients. The are making a fortune amid the current crisis and don't care about how many potential clients are left dissatisfied or never contact them again.

I just wanted to share my experience with Network Capital and big THANK YOU to Tamer Aziz and team who saved the loan coordinating with Andrew Josephson, Baron Morledge and Jesicca Kuznia (Thank You). Originally, the loan process got to a rough start then Tamer Aziz stepped in coordinating the process and followed up with me every step of the way. They delivered what they said they going to do and i am very happy with the results which we finally closed.

I updated my review, the company in the end made everything right. I would use them again.

I spoke to someone, liked what I heard then I was forwarded to Mustafa who was seemingly knowledgeable until I said I wanted a GFE before I would allow a hard credit inquiry. He got irate, disrespectful and actually made disparaging remarks calling me ignorant for not doing this with him. Idiot.bad company.

Communication was great in the beginning, and then as soon as we got pre-approval, it was atrocious. Our appraisal was expensive (twice what it should have been), but went just fine. The lender knew that I HAD to close by 3/31 or we'd lose the house. Weeks would go by with unreturned voicemails and emails. Promises from colleagues that we'd get a call back. Told we'd close the day I returned from vacation, but that was that. It's been a MONTH since that conversation about closing, well after our deadline to close. Thank God I was smart enough to get another lender after all their BS and closed with one day to spare.

I have never ever had such an amazing experiance with a lender like this before. My loan began on April 17,2018 and closed with cash on hand on May 1st. John Chhay and Patrece Durr where amazing to work with. Thank you Network Capitol you made my dream of fixing up my home a reality.

Good experience with them! Worked with Charlie Nguyen on my refinance. I came in not knowing much about the process and options available but he made it quick, simple, and informative. I ended up consolidating some debt and took a cash-out refinance. He was very knowledgeable and provided all the financial analytics I would need to make a proper decision. Thanks Charlie!

Victor was GREAT! At Network Capital he kept us up to date on the progress, gently reminding us of items to be submitted and answered ALL our questions in less than an hour. What they promise they deliver. If you get to work for this company GO FOR IT! And ask for Victor!

Hate these guys. Call everyday spoofing local numbers and do not stop calling after repeated requests to stop. Spam marketers. Stay away from them.
