We did not have a positive experience with this company. The billing department provided inconsistent information and resolution, as well as promising a timely call back which did not occur. One agent represented one invoice would be canceled since we were already paying $1,300 and promised to call us back the following day. One week later, we still hadn't heard from them. We called again, and we were transferred to a woman named Jamie, who provided different information than the prior representative, including a different quote from a transcript than the prior agent stated. It felt that she could care less about customer service. We will not use this company.
