Riana Wasbin is a very professional loan officer to have to serve and work on your loan. She gets the job done while being very professional she is caring and you get this warm feeling from her. She always answer a call or text which is very important when you’re trying to get things done financially I would recommend her to anyone and everyone thank you so much Riana for me and my wife.

The key to any successful Real Estate Transaction starts with the lender. Agents and attorneys are a close second, the right lender is key. I will be going back to Glenn again and again. Highly recommend.

The closing statement changed multiple times with very little communication from the lender. $3000 PMI was added to the loan at the last minute, which put the loan over the 80% LTV threshold. I was told that the 79% loan to value would increase the interest rate due to the lender viewing this as higher risk! What? ! I was later told by a realtor this was bait and switch. Poor company to do business with.

94 days to close a refinance and I was charged for the lock extension fees that I was completely not responsible for. Messy from the beginning. I don't recommend this company.

I performed a re-fi on both my primary and retirement homes. I already had one home with New American and was so pleased 4 years ago with their amazing service that I chose them to re-fi my primary home. They did not disappoint. Great accurate communication. Wonderful follow through. NO surprises. In this time of poor customer service. NA shined. I recommend them to everyone.

Anila is a very professional and very knowledge about every aspect of lending. She will respond to your emails even on nights and weekends. She is very trustworthy and probably one of the best at what she does. The whole transaction was very fast and able to fund very manageable time.

Lisa Miles-Steinke and the rest of the staff at New American Funding are fantastic to work with. They take the time to answer questions, follow through on getting needed information, and are always friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine funding a mortgage through anyone else!

Scott Bernell was fantastic- extremely helpful and knowledgeable and returned calls and e-mails promptly. However, the document processor was terrible. I had to resend documents that he clearly lost (or forgot were sent). This caused a delay, my rate lock expired and I was charged hundreds of dollars extra for the loan. Very frustrating experience.

Hands down the best company to refinance with. My whole experience has been amazing and painless. Derek was quick to responding to my emails and has wonderful communication.

Howard was ALWAYS honest and Quick to respond with accurate information. He's knowledgeable about this daunting process yet he made me feel confident in his guidance especially through some strange underwriting issues. He's ALWAYS respectful and professional! Cinthia Pedraza was excellent to work with. She stuck with me while I worked through a bathroom remodel in preparation for my appraisal. She responded quickly each time I emailed. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She got my refinance completed with excellent results. I'm extremely happy. I would recommend her to others in need of a refinance.

American Finance is not a 5 star company although the charge like one they are far from it, my experience was horrible, first they pump you up, you give them everything they need, the appraiser was quick with there part, underwriting kept asking for something that I couldn’t give them then had to send updated statements again then had to have the appraisal again cause of the loan number or something didn’t match so after 38 some days we finally closed on a Wednesday night, I was given an option to have my cash out money wired or a check fedexed and I chose wire and waiting for my money in the bank and got a check in the mail, mind you that there didn’t have to be a signature to the recipient, who knows who could have took all the checks in that envelope, I even gave them a voided check and filled out the information for direct deposit, WOW I’m just a little ticked off and they charged me over 10,000 in closing cost, Definitely not worth it, I would not recommend this company

From the very start to the closing date on our new home he was there every step of the way. Aaron was super knowledgeable, supportive, patient, and very professional. It could be day or night we would call, email, or text with questions, concerns and, he always responded quickly. The entire process was extremely stress free, smooth and, fast which was a huge bonus to us. I truly can't praise him enough for helping us make our dream a reality! This was one of the lenders we applied with. The communication was sorely lacking. If I didn't initiate communication, I never knew what was happening. They also told me that they were unable to accept third party funds which is something I've never heard and an non existent issue we had another lender we started working with.
