New Bangluck Market reviews
19Awesome market for all your thai needs! I am Caucasian and do not speak/read Thai.the employees were very welcoming and the store is well organized with labels in multiple languages!
I love this little market They always have the freeze dried mangosteens that are so hard to find. I miss the hot food counter they had prior to covid.
Was hard to find because is on side street. As only 3 maybe 4 aisles. Is mainly Chinese and Korean food. Hardly any real Thai food or items
Great place to get Thai and Asian ingredients. Apparently they fry fresh fish there and there was a line of people waiting. Before Covid, they had great Thai fresh cooked food you could buy.
I had not been there in st least 5 years but nothing changed! Everything exactly in the same place, decent inventory of thai and Vietnamese goods, fresh fish, lots of parking
There's no going to Pho 999 without a visit to New Bangluck! Wonderful market to pick up hard to find and exotic items.it added spice to my life.
Rush for whatever you need the place is unsafe for pedestrians. Too many cars driven by distracted humans
The store was very neat and clean and the employees is very nice and pleasant and go out of their way to help you a pleasure to shop there
Very poor customer service.a thin women works there she is the worst person ever I have seen in life as a customer service person
A great Asian market, it is not a big market, but it's nice and friendly. My wife always came here for her Chinese groceries, vegetables, meats.a good place.
Great place but I wish they DID NOT wrap herbs in Styrofoam plates. Styrofoam is horrible for the environment.
I usually shop here.the price is right, the cashiers are friendly.and i can find all asian food there.
I like to go to buy Asian groceries at this market. I like fresh vegetables, fish.
I didn't like one thing that this shop sold very sour mangoes. Those mangoes never turn to be yellow. Finally they were rotten, green mangoes but got back spots on them.
The shop should concern what they ordered for customers. I bought 1 big box of mango, but i couldn't eat any. ;- (
I have been shopping here for ages. This was our place before chinese markets started blooming throughout the san fernando valley. We would come here for all of our Chinese groceries. Now that there are more Chinese supermarkets in the valley, we come here for basic stuff such as certain vegetables and meats that are more affordable and can be found here. Its not a big market, but it's nice. And if you are ever hungry, it's close to 2 of the best pho places.:)
I shopped here for the 6 years we lived in the valley. Sure Ranch 99 has a bigger selection, but this place has great special, beautiful produce and it's fun to shop in. They had just added a deli/prepare food section before we moved and that looked really nice too. Plus it close to Pho 999 which can't be beat!
I know nothing about this place other than it's one of the few places I can get boonie peppers.
Generally an unclean places, its changed for the better, albiet even a little bit. A great asian market for specific ingredients since theres not many in the area. If you're gonna eat at the Vietnamese restaurants in the area and cook for yourself, have yourself a visit here.
Fantastic, well stocked meat and poultry counter, well priced. A good assortment of SE Asian ingredients.
