VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have never written a review for anything but I felt the need to let people know how this store runs.
I need a specific piece of furniture and wanted to get information about it before I drove an hour to the store (don’t want to be surprised that they don’t even have what I’m looking for). He gives me short replies like yes or no, and when I ask for the sizes for their options he tells me small and large…I get annoyed. I ask for the price and if they have a website so I can take a look at them and he tells me “you know what, why don’t you just go to the store ok? Ok? Bye”
Soooo rude!
Definitely not interested on spend my money at your store anymore.
