2New Era Escrow is the definition of professionalism. I have had the pleasure of working with Terrica Banks and her team on several transactions that were very uneventful and smooth. Terrica and her team went above and beyond to ensure that my client and my counterpart’s client were satisfied and well informed about the escrow process. They remained proactive and immediately addressed any questions that my client or I had.
My rating is both as a Real Estate Broker and as a buyer.
Selling agent choice and it was a bad choice. Zero communication. No returned calls or emails. Terrica Banks handled escrow. Didn't follow escrow instruction. A week after closing she sent closing statement not following instruction of mailing address. Hope I don't have to do business there again, since I've been doing this for 30 years, and this is my first bad review.
